Hotel climatisé , et propre dans l'ensemble, proche commodités et transports.

Je vous est envoyé un message au quel je n'ai pas eu de réponse dans un premier temps .
Nous avons eu 1 chambre avec des travaux des 7h du matin le dimanche sur une terrasse sous notre fenêtre et encore le lundi .
Je réserve chez vous pour un séjour de repos au calme,et nous subissons cela.
Comme l'été dernier,nous avions séjourner dans 1 hôtel a Antibes via booking.com, et l'hôtel était encerclé de grue dû au travaux de la piscine olympique adjacente a l'hôtel !
2 déception en 2 ans ,en réservant sur booking.com, ça fait beaucoup, vous ne trouvez pas ?

J’ai fait une réclamation ,pour le City Joy hôtel ,sur votre serveur,j’ai reçu une réponse automatique me disant que l'ont me répondrai dans les 24h,je ne l’ai jamais reçu

Goede uitvalsbasis voor stedentrip belgrado!
Pros:

Vriendelijk personeel en goede locatie. Ook de kamers waren netjes en van alle gemakken voorzien.

Cons:

Het zit in een gebouw waar veel gebouwd wordt. Dit kan wat overlast geven. Het zwembad waarmee geadverteerd wordt is in naastgelegen complex en betaald.

Unless the location is very convinient for your trip, I wouldn’t recommend.

The room was clean.

Cons:

The staff were rude and dismissive (all 4 that I interacted with). The elevator was broken and I had to climb 3 floors every time I wanted to go to my room (there is only one elevator and the whole hotel is on the third floor). I was charged for each coffee capsule I’ve used. The entrance of the hotel was dark, it felt scary and unwelcoming.

A very comfortable and clean room, good location for exploring Belgrade on foot.

Cons:

The lift was broken so had to climb 3 flights of stairs with our luggage. Only 1 towel for 2 of us and no milk for coffee despite several requests. Instructions and opening hours for pool were not made clear and gym was closed.

It is advertised as a hotel with sports and wellness facilities, but the spa was closed, and the swimming pool had limited opening hours during the weekend. Moreover, the receptionist gave us incorrect information about the pool’s opening hours, which resulted in us missing an entire day of access to the pool.
