Sprejemljivo
Pros:

Lokacija hotela mi je bila zelo všeč. V isti stavbi je tudi bazen, kar je velik plus. Tik ob hotelu sta dva čudovita parka, kjer se lahko sprehodiš ali v miru posedíš na klopci, v parkih pa je tudi več restavracij. V okolici je veliko trgovin in pekarn, zato je vse pri roki. Osebje je bilo ves čas prijazno in ustrežljivo. Klima v sobi je delovala odlično, televizor pa je imel Netflix in druge pretočne storitve, kar je bilo prijetno za večerne ure.

Cons:

Kopalnica je bila zelo majhna, saj so bili tuš, stranišče in umivalnik postavljeni povsem skupaj, poleg tega pa ni bilo nobene police ali prostora za odlaganje toaletnega pribora. Zaradi tega sem moral stvari puščati na mizi v sobi in ob odhodu tam pozabil drag parfum. Internet je bil zelo slab, saj je že ob priklopu več kot ene naprave začel močno zatikati, kar je za hotel v centru Beograda nesprejemljivo. Prvo in tretjo noč sem na postelji našel hrošča, prvo noč pa sem celo ležal na njem, preden sem ga opazil. Prav tako hladilnik v sobi ni deloval. Na to sem opozoril osebje, vendar se med mojim bivanjem ni nič spremenilo. Med vročinskim valom je nedelujoč hladilnik res velika pomanjkljivost, saj si gost ne more ohladiti niti vode.

Pros:

Clean, comfortable bed, good shower and good Aircon. Location very convenient.

Cons:

Unfortunately spa and gym were under renovation when I was there, but staff did recommend alternatives!

C’était magnifique !
Pros:

City Joy Hotel exceeded all of our expectations.

First of all, the location. Although it is slightly outside the very city center, this is more than compensated for by the beautiful parks nearby and an excellent sports center with both indoor and outdoor swimming pools. We visited Belgrade during an extremely hot period, and having these facilities within easy reach made our stay so much more enjoyable.

We initially booked a standard room but later decided to upgrade to a more spacious option. We were given Suite A1, and it was absolutely luxurious. The suite featured a private jacuzzi, a comfortable living area, a separate bedroom, and a beautiful view overlooking the park. It was truly an unforgettable experience.

The hotel staff are exceptional. I would especially like to thank Stefan, who works the night shift. After finishing his shift, he took the time to help us buy a local SIM card and gave us excellent recommendations and a great introduction to the city. His kindness and willingness to help went far beyond what anyone could expect.

I would also like to thank Adriana, who was incredibly helpful in recommending places to visit around Belgrade. She was not only professional but also a genuinely warm, kind, and wonderful person to talk to.

I can wholeheartedly recommend City Joy Hotel to anyone visiting Belgrade. Whenever I return to the city, I will definitely stay here again.

Clean and comfortable hotel but quite noisy at night.
Pros:

The hotel was clean and comfortable and within walking distance to restaurants and parks. The staff were friendly.

Cons:

There was a lot of noise from the street and nearby park (it sounded like there was a concert nearby) until about midnight. The rooms are not soundproof.
