the value for money is poor
Pros:

the pool was very beautiful

Cons:

the fact that the hotel was remote and i needed to walk for evey facility
the rooms were dirty - sand in ythe bed ' hairs in the bathroom
wals are thin
and curtains do not allow full darkness
the room needs renovation
there was no body soap in one ot the rooms
the lifeguard in םasis didnot allow my 14 years old to swim with googls she claimed that this is a pool for rest - this is outragous

Cons:

we have been visiting the hotel for the 3rd time in a row and we have requested an upgrade with extra charge , that was gained via email. However upon our arrival , the upgrade wasn't valid due to unavailability of rooms and in addition we were given a room where the toilet seat was broken - they had to call a plumber....

Pros:

La taille des chambres. La partie restauration était au top et les horaires d'ouverture étaient appréciables.

Cons:

Quelques rénovations permettrait d'avoir un niveau de satisfaction plus élevé.
Salle de bain d'une des deux chambres.
Propreté de la chaise haute pour le bébé.

Cons:

Ilia palm est un vieux bâtiment qui mériterait une bonne rénovation.
Emplacement un peu éloigné de la plage , heureusement qu.il y a des club car toutes les 10 minutes jusqu’à hôtel oasis
