وايي فايي تنقطع
فندق رائع وجميل والطاقم أروع خاصة الأستاذ عز الذي كان طيبا ومتعاونا جدا معنا مشكورين جميعا.
غرفة نظيفة واسعة إلا الحمام لم تكن فيه تهوية وكانت المياه تغمره لأن بالوعة المياه كانت بعيدة عن مكان تجمع المياه
Location is the best. Eating places are nearby & safe to walk. Mohamed Reda at reception was a true professional, communicated clearly through text upfront. Airport pickup was hassle free & smooth but has a $16 fee. Hussein, Manager was very nice & helpful. Staff was great but needs to speak english better.
Bathroom needs to have a shower curtain so it can stay dry. Bed bugs made a lot of itchy marks on my wife which was unexpected & annoying. I reported it to Hussein. Elevator needs to be clean.
It is so near to everything
We stayed there only during the day till our transfer to another city. Didn't use anything else but the room and beds.
Not clean room and awful smell inside. The furniture is old and quite dirty. Not bad just to leave your luggage but wouldn't sleep there even one night.
Great location (transport, museum, neighborhoods with shops and restaurants). Very helpful staff who will assist you with any questions at any time of the day. I would especially note Mohammed!
Bathroom facilities are somewhat aged and leaky. The internet connection sometimes too low, however this is a point for the most of Egypt.

Room was not clean, there wasn't even a trash box, windows are broken,no house keeping, staff were so dull and get stumbled with the simpliest task

Really bad!
Really dirty. A/C and TV didn't work. The room and especially the bathroom was full of mold and it was really dirty and old. The towels weren't clean (grey and not white). Dead insects and hair on the already dirty beds. NO credit card payment accepted. The photos had nothing to do with reality.
The staff Mohammed Reda and Iman are very nice! The service is good for us. Before check in, they can help us to pick them up and help us to pick up luggage.
