We booked the hotel and a few hours before our arrived they overbook our room and gave it to someone else. the Personal did not care about us and told us we should go away and look for something else.

The AC on room 305 was broken. It would run for 10 minutes in “cool” setting then turn off due to a FO error which i looked up as no Freon left. The room was 90°F and miserable.
