Best experience for my Kyushu trip!
Pros:

The hotel was located very near the train station. It is actually a café on the first floor and rooms were located on the second and the third floor. The family room is good for a family of 4 to 5 people, and the toilets are really huge. This is definitely one of the biggest hotels I’ve stayed at in Japan. There is also many convenience stores around the area and the location is good as it is near to lots of good restaurants and eateries. Most cafés close at 5 PM so it is good to have these facilities around the hotel. The reception also known as the barista’s were very friendly, and the lady also helped us carry our luggage up from the first to the third floor! There are also coin operated washing machines, and dryers on the fourth floor.

Cons:

There is no elevator to this hotel so it is not suitable for families with elderly or young children. You are lucky if someone helps you with the luggage otherwise you will need to carry them up yourselves.

Wonderful experience
Pros:

Clean, Great service, Good location close to station and convenient store.

Cons:

If we can get a full meal rather than sandwiches it would be amazing but we understand this is cafe hotel the meal still good and provide good energy for a day

Pros:

离车站非常近，房间很大，很干净。上下铺四个床位，床垫枕头很舒服，我睡的很好。晚上可以半价购买咖啡吧的咖啡饮料。

Cons:

温泉太烫，看到墙上有表示温度在80度以上，需要提前打开冷水降温，希望酒店方在入住时添加提醒，或者采取措施提前降低温泉温度。

Will definitely stay here next time!
Pros:

You can tell that the staff is quite busy, but she handled everything perfectly and efficiently! The room is spacious and very comfortable. The design of bunk beds are clever. Great food and coffee.
