Pros:

Personal molt agradable, educat, proper i servicial. Lloc tranquil a 15 min caminant del centre de Santa Marta. Esmorzar senzill però bo.

Cons:

La mala distribució dels endolls en l'habitació: hi havia una cafetera desendollada perquè no hi havia cap endoll proper. Hi havia un escriptori però sense cap endoll proper. La dutxa no absorbeix tota l'aigua i sempre en queda. En cap moment hi havia aigua calenta.

Pros:

Really good service from the hotel staff. Easy check-in. I likes that the facilities look in good condition and new.

Cons:

The door has a problem because during nights the air blows along the hallway and produces an annoying sound which didn't allow me to sleep comfortably. Also when you shower all the water splashed out of the shower and onto the floor.

Location is horrible. Nothing around. And not really safe. Breakfast was below average.
