Pros:

Tudo é feito com muita atenção, tudo o que você solicitar eles irão te ajudar, fora que você marca o horário e vai aparecer uma pessoa para te levar no local combinado, isso realmente é um diferencial. Tivemos um problema no trem da volta e eles prontamente ajudaram e esperaram o tempo que fosse necessário para ter alguém nos esperando na chegada.
Amamos tudo, a localização é otima e o cafe da manha muito gostoso.

Good hotel, with excellent price-quality balance. Friendly personel.

The young man on reception was so helpful. The Alpacas in the garden, the complimentary teas in reception.

No heating but when i asked the staff gave a portable heater and blanket so we were hapoy and well looked after.

Excelente opción para ir a Machu Picchu
Pros:

Fue el mejor hotel donde me hospedé durante mi viaje a Perú. Está a unas cuantas cuadras de la plaza principal de Ollantaytambo y es muy fácil llegar inlcuso sin un transporte privado. Al llegar fueron muy amables y nos mostraron las instalaciones del hotel. Ofrecen agua caliente y té en la entrada para aclimatarse a la altura. En el jardín tienen dos alpacas muy lindas y hay una vista muy bonita. Las habitaciones están en buenas condiciones y las camas estaban muy cómodas. En el baño hay agua caliente y te incluyen shampoo y jabón, también hay secadora de cabello. El día que tomamos el tren para Machu Picchu nos llevaron ida y vuelta gratis a la estación, y nos dieron el desayuno empacado en una bolsa. El desayuno para llevar incluye un sandwich, agua, jugo, yogurt, una barrita, una fruta y un dulce de limón. Si desayunas en el hotel el desayuno es buffet.

Algunos de los enchufes en mi cuarto no funcionaban.

Great alpacas, stuff very friendly . For this price very good they even pick up from train station free

Loud party on the side but it was not up to the hotel.
