Otimo custo benefício
Pros:

Hotel muito novo, hotel com muitos quartos, 3 minutos caminhando até a praça principal. Equipe muito atenciosa. Café da manhã completo e saboro. Cama confortável, aquecedor de boa qualidade. O diferencial foi o transfer (tuktuk) a estação que nos levou e nos buscou em horários pontual.

Cons:

Os travesseiros eram finos e duros, mas pedimos para trocar e nos deram travesseiros melhores. O box do chuveiro é aberto o que deixa a a experiência de banho fria e molha todo o banheiro.

todos fueron muy amables desde el primer minuto que entramos , nos trataron super bien , los cuartos super limpios, el desayuno buffet super rico , me gusto que nos dieron una cuna para nuestro bebe , la vista es maravillosa , las alpacas , el jardin todo el personal fue maravilloso lo recomendamos al 100% nos fuimos muy feliz con la antencion les agradezco

Pros:

Excelente hotel, ubicado a unas cuadras del centro y las ruinas de Ollantaytambo, nos sorprendieron gratamente las instalaciones, mucho mas acogedoras de lo que se veían en las fotos. El hotel tiene un pequeño patio con un área de estar abierta techada y un par de alpacas que circulan por el pasto.
La habitación familiar es de gran tamaño (2 piso) y muy luminosa.
Excelente desayuno, bien variado y en un horario que permite alcanzar a comer antes de salir a las distintas excursiones.
Se agradece también la disponibilidad de termos de agua caliente en el hall para hacerse aguas de hierba o te cuando se quiera.

Cons:

Desde muy temprano en la mañana se oyen los otros clientes saliendo a las distintas excursiones, eso es mas un problema de los huéspedes que conversan a todo volumen desde muy temprano mas que del hotel.

Muy bien servicio de todos del hotel, la mejor disposición, hasta nos llevaron y fueron a buscar a la estación de tren

Decent stay but can be improved. Complaints in other low-score reviews are accurate and relevant.
Pros:

The accommodation was decent, considering the options in Ollantaytambo, although I felt the overall Booking score was a bit overly optimistic. It has a nice yard and a very good location, close to the center but in a quiet area.

Cons:

The main issues were cleanliness and communication with the reception. The floor wasn’t cleaned properly, and even after we asked them to clean it, the next day the staff came in with their shoes on while changing the towels and left dirty footprints again.

They also offered to arrange transportation to the train station and provide a breakfast box because we had to leave at 5:30 a.m., but even if they confirmed we didn’t get either of them. No help would have been better than setting the wrong expectations. It really ruined our morning because we relied on their help and didn’t make other arrangements ourselves.
