Pros:

Camera grande, spaziosa, pulita. Giardino bellissimo e ben curato. Possibilità di fare colazione a partire dalle 6 del mattino e il trasporto per la stazione del treno di Ollantaytambo è incluso. Ottimo soggiorno!

cute hotel, good breakfast, super cute alpacas! huge bathroom and fairly warm room despite not having any heater whatsoe
Pros:

spacious, and alpacas! they were allowed to roam around during breakfast and they were sooo cute

breakfast was good, filling and had a fair variety

Cons:

kinda far from the town, located in a small street that made it difficult for cars to pass. we had to manually bring our bags.

Great place to stay for great value. Staff extremely helpful.
Pros:

Staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Held our bags while we went to Machu Pichu. They even prepared us a breakfast for the early morning to Machu Pichu. Free transfers to the station via took took included as well which was nice.

Cons:

We had to ask for them to clean our room and when they did they left the balcony door and bathroom window open. We had to ask for each single roll of toilet paper even we were staying for 3 nights. WiFi was good when it worked but didn’t have WiFi from in the bathroom, aside from that it worked fine. Was very noisy, seemed like we could hear a lot from outside but seems normal for that location just very noisy in general.

Molto bene
Pros:

L'hotel è nuovo e in posizione tranquilla, a pochi minuti dalla piazza. Tutte le stanze hanno la vista al giardino dove si può passare del tempo. Sempre a disposizione bevande calde. Incluso nel prezzo il trasporto alla stazione del treno. Abbiamo potuto lasciare la nostra macchina e valigie per viaggiare a Aguas Caliente.

Cons:

La stanza un po' fredda, ma potete chiedere una stufa e così siamo stati benissimo

Beautiful and perfect for families
Pros:

Great Frontdesk person. Hot water in the bath. Spacious room. Great views. Alpaca baby and courtyard is beautiful. Breakfast is not too fancy but fresh and options for custom made eggs. The pizza joint by the property is amazing.

Cons:

Housekeeping staff did not clean the room one day . Assuming most likely due to a misunderstanding.

The hotel is situated close to the square so was very easy to move around. Staff was so friendly and helpful. Room very spacious an clean with a magnificent view of the mountain
