Idéal si on a des contraintes d'avion
Pros:

Hôtel de standing. Nous avons pu diner malgré l'heure tardive.
Petit déjeuner excellent, copieux, varié, on vous prepare les oeufs à votre convenance.

Cons:

Il y a de grandes baies vitrées dans la chambre qui sont tellement sales qu'on ne peut apprécier la vue.

Pros:

Alles in allem sehr komfortabel und angenehm.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Das Frühstücksbuffet sehr vielfältig und lecker.
Sehr großer Pool zum Schwimmen.

Cons:

Der Lärmpegel vom Verkehr da das Hotel an der Hauptstraße liegt.
Man sollte hier und da nochmal ein bisschen investieren da z.B. die Armaturen im Bad sehr abgenutzt sind.

Pros:

We went for a rest and wellness weekend. Upon entering we were warmly welcomed. The reception was very friendly and quick at check-in.
All hotel staff were attentive, hospitable and service-oriented. The hotel room was spacious and spotlessly clean, which is very important to me.
They had prepared fruit and small delicacies as a welcome gift.
The bathroom was spotlessly clean and had soft towels and all kinds of care items. There was a minibar but also plenty of tea and coffee to drink in the room. The cleanliness of the room, friendly welcome and service from all staff once again made for a comfortable stay at Crown Plaza in Kayseri. We enjoyed the wonderful authentic Turkish bath and swimming pool. The breakfast buffet was rich, varied and healthy. I also liked the location of the hotel towards Cappadoccia. In Kayseri again I would stay at Crown Plaza again and again..
