Pros:

Frühstück war sehr gut! 25 Euro sind gerechtfertigt wenn man denn auch mehr als nur ein Brötchen und einen Kaffee zu sich nimmt. Lage ist sehr gut - direkt neben dem Schloss Belvedere und nur 10min zum Hbf. Das Bett im Zimmer war gemütlich. Es gab eine Nespresso Maschine im Zimmer platziert auf einem kleinen Tisch.

Cons:

Mir hat der Stil des Zimmers nicht gefallen. Was auf den Bildern nicht rüberkommt, ist dass im Zimmer Teppichboden liegt und eine Duschkabine im Zimmer platziert worden ist. Mir ist bewusst, dass das Hotel alte Büroräume umfunktioniert hat.. dennoch wünsche ich mir in solchen Fällen, dass man auf den Bildern so etwas nicht verheimlicht. Ebenso gab es keinen vernünftigen Kleiderschrank, es gab keinen Wasserkocher, kein Bügeleisen.

Pros:

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt! Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das Personal an der Rezeption. Unglaublich freundlich, zuvorkommend und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Alles lief völlig unkompliziert, und man hatte immer das Gefühl, wirklich willkommen zu sein. Das Team war durchweg besonders nett und hat den Aufenthalt dadurch noch einmal deutlich angenehmer gemacht. Sehr empfehlenswert!
