La colazione offre tante opzioni, tutte molto buone, soprattutto i panificati e le torte (hanno un ristorante / bakery interno).
Lo staff giovane, parla benissimo inglese ed è molto disponibile. Lo humor in insegne e indicazioni è un tocco divertente.

Funzionale, stiloso, efficiente
Pros:

Stile Industrial-Urban davvero molto apprezzato, stanze di design e spazi comuni davvero ampi e curati. Posizione eccellente per poter visitare il Belvedere di Vienna, ma anche facilmente collegato con tram con il centro città.
Consigliato! Noi siamo stati in quattro e ci siamo trovati benissimo.

Cons:

La non pulizia quotidiana e cambio di asciugamani.

Pros:

Vicinanza alla meteo, a due passi dal Belvedere. Struttura con un ottimo ristorante e un ottima colazione variegata e completa. Parcheggio comodo coperto.

Cons:

Hotel molto smart ma nello stesso tempo non manca niente.

Unfortunately, I have to give this hotel 1 because of a serious issue with the luggage storage service.
Pros:

The hotel was clean, in an excellent location, and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The only minor issue was the noise, as my room faced the main street. Overall, however, I enjoyed my stay.

Cons:

The reason for my rating is what happened after checking out on August 26. I left two suitcases at reception between approximately 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. and only realised at the airport that someone had apparently attempted to open one of them. The suitcase had been securely locked with its PIN, but one of the zipper pulls was outside the security lock and, when I entered the correct PIN, the lock no longer worked. I had to go to the airport police office, where they helped me open the suitcase.

The suitcase is relatively new and I have never had any problems with the lock, including throughout my entire holiday in Vienna. Therefore, I believe someone most likely attempted to force it open. Fortunately, nothing was stolen, but the situation caused me a great deal of stress.

Even more concerning, when I returned to collect my luggage, nobody checked the identification number I had been given when I left the suitcases. This means that, in practice, anyone could potentially have collected a suitcase without proper verification.

It is a real shame to leave such a negative review because the rest of my experience was positive. My advice is to urgently review the luggage storage and collection procedures and not offer this service unless proper security can be guaranteed.

Nettes Hotel mit guter Lage
Pros:

Super Lage, sehr schöner Eingangsbereich. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, vor allem die selbstgebackenen Backwaren. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und es gab sogar einen extra Raum, in dem wir uns umziehen und umpacken durften bei Ankunft und Abreise nach den üblichen Checkin und Checkout Zeiten. Es gibt Popcorn, Eis und Wasser jeden Tag in der Lobby umsonst und der Preis für die Lage war gut. Ebenso war es sehr leise.

Cons:

Das Waschbecken ist im Schlafbereich, getrennt von der Toilette, was nächtliche Toilettengänge recht laut macht. Neben einem Stuhl, konnte man sich im Zimmer leider nur auf das Bett setzen, falls man mal kurz verweilen wollte.
Die Nachttische waren so niedrig, dass man als ältere Person vermutlich Schwierigkeiten hat.
Leider war überall Teppichboden, da die Dusche ebenfalls im Zimmer ist, musste man den nassen Duschvorleger immer irgendwie aufhängen, damit er trocknet.

junges ambitioniertes Team, Abends tolle Cocktails, tolles Frühstück mit frischen Eierspeisen, Achtung Frühstück wochentags nur bis 10h

Cons:

generelll würde ich einfach die größeren Zimmer im 5/6 Stock empfehlen und hinten raus, vorne ist auch nachts der Verkehr präsent
