Hotel Tree Tops- A Serene Friendly Hotel in Sauraha

体調を崩してしまい4泊滞在しましたが、とても親切に接してくれました！症状を説明すると経口補水液を出していただき(しかも、お金は一切いらないと言っていただきました)、すれ違うたびに気にかけてくれました。部屋には清潔でふかふかなベッドやシャワールーム、共有スペースにはハンモックもありとても快適に過ごすことができました！宿にはレストランもあり、食事をとることもできます。また、各種ツアーや次の目的地への交通手段も、強要することなく手配してくれます。おすすめです！

The staff were excellent. They were super friendly and helpful . They organised all our safaris for us and even gave us bikes to explore the town . The hotel itself is really clean and the grounds are well kept. There is also a free breakfast which is decent . It’s extremely peaceful as well.

The location is great, it’s very quiet there. The owners and staff are very friendly and helpful, you can get a valuable recommendations and book all the tours directly in the hotel.
The restaurant included breakfast was decent and there were some options to choose from.

Tree tops hotel is a wonderful place where to have a rest inside the nature and 5 minutes from the bus stop and from the Chitwan Natural Park. The stuff is incredibly kind and welcoming,always ready to meet with your requests and expectations. They come to pick you up to the bus station and they help you to organise the tour in the National Park. They also organise many different activities such as bike tours around Tharu villages that I really recommend it. They are always available for guests because they just want we to be happy and feel like home. Actually I have never felt like in a hotel...,I absolutely felt like home. The cleaning is perfect and the rooms have huge windows, surrounded by fields of yellow incredible mustard flowers. I ordered a lunch and they brought it me in the room. They have also hair dryer available .

Personal war super freundlich und hat alle getan damit wir einen guten Aufenthalten hatten. Ich hatte nur ein Standardzimmer (ohne A/C) gebucht. War leider im Winter viel zukalt. Wir konnten aber problemlos umziehen in ein anderes.

Personnel très accueillant et disponible. Ils mettent tout en œuvre pour que vous passiez un bon séjour. Les chambres sont spacieuses, lumineuses, propres avec tous les équipements nécessaire.
L’emplacement au milieu des champs de moutarde est idéal pour fuir le bruit de la ville, tout en étant à proximité.

The staff team is wonderful, everyone is kind and attentive. Sandeep was especially friendly and eager to help.

We loved the location, the garden with all the fairy lights, the spacious room and hot showers. All was amazing. Outstanding for us was the all the staff were so kind, we got help with all the trips we made and all the transport, we felt so cared for. Especially thanks to Sandeep, who was a caring sunshine for is during the whole stay.

Je to velmi dobře vedený ubytovací objekt, kde jsou všechny služby na skvělé profesionální úrovni. Majitel i personál jsou velice vstřícní. Dostanete všechny potřebné informace pro program v NP. Doporučuji více nocí. Výborná je plavba na kánoi po řece Rapti. Rovněž doporučuji safari na slonech, kde je velká pravděpodobnost, že uvidíte nosorožce. Pěší procházka s dvěma průvodci je rovněž velmi zajímavá. Parkování i internet zdarma.
