Great stay at a good value
Pros:

Really excellent rooms: clean, comfortable beds and nicely arranged. The staff was really helpful and managed well even though it was quite busy. On top of it very decent breakfast.

Etwas abgelegen, ruhige Lage (nahegelegenen Flughafen hört man kaum), nettes Personal

Cons:

In die Jahre gekommene Ausstattung, sehr hellhörig zu den anderen Zimmern, großer Duschkopf hat nicht funktioniert

Pros:

Camas cómodas.

Cons:

Muy vieja la decoración. Huele a tienda de antigüedades. El baños olía muy mal, como a humedad o azufre. Ducha con cortinas de tela a ambos lados que la hacían incómoda. Rodapiés con humedad y sueltos.Está para remodelar completamente.

Needa a litle change for comfort

*You have to clean the place after yourself and do the dishes at a hotel...

*You have to scrub the hot-tup at a hotel...
*Flooring in the kitchen has bad waterdamage
*The glasswall in the shower leaks quite badly
*The heater for the hot-tup is unaccessable behind locked door
*The hot-tub is set way to cold
*The water heater is mountet to a wall connected to a wall in 1 bedroom and not possible to sleep there if someone takes a shower or especially if some uses the hot-tup

Too basic and disappointing room and service
Pros:

The room passes a standard of very basic and modern furbished room.

Cons:

We found a pair of socks under the bed that were not ours. The room was very basic and could add some little more comfort, e.g. a small shelf in the shower to put your shampoo on. A small table in the bedroom (e.g. a half-circle attached to the wall) in order to use for the kettle and cups instead of having that stuff in the window.

Sounds from the hallway easily got into the room through the front door of the room.

We had read on the website that the restaurant would offer a set menu, but we had hoped we could eat earlier than at 19:30, which was not possible because that was the time the restaurant would operate because of a group arriving at that time. When we arrived, the group had received their drink orders, but we were not offered to order drinks, but received our meals before the group. We had to ask the waiter to take our drink orders. Therefore, we felt like the main focus was on the group and not much attention given to us.

Gutes Hotel für die Durchreise.
Pros:

Die Lage nur ein paar Minuten außerhalb von Akureyri ist sehr gut. Die Zimmer sind sauber und mit dem Nötigsten ausgestattet. Es gab einen kleinen Wasserkocher, Tee und lösöichen Kaffee.

Cons:

Die Doppelzimmer sind relativ klein. Wenn man dann noch zwei Koffer dabei hat wird es wirklich eng, da es keinen Schrank oder ähnliches gibt.
