Jákvætt og hjálplegt starfsfólk. Rólegt umhverfi.

Cons:

Enginn stóll eða neitt til að leggja frá sér t.d. rúmteppisbleðilinn enda ekki mikið pláss í herberginu.
Vantar snaga fyrir litla handklæðið á baðherberginu. Óþægilega lítið pláss milli salernis og sturtuglers (hönnunargalli) þar sem nóg pláss er í sturtunni. Hefði mátt hafa sturtuklefann minni sem nemur einni flís.

Staðsetningin var góð, fallegur staður.

Cons:

Herbergið var pínulítið, ekkert borð og ekkert pláss til að leggja neitt frá sér. Við völdum þetta herbergi þar sem það var með sjónvarpi því það var kosninganótt. En ekkert RÚV, starfsmaður gat ekki hjálpað okkur. Þegar við svo ætluðum í sturtu morguninn eftir var ekkert heitt vatn. Þannig að við vorum ekki ánægð með dvölina.

Clean room.

Cons:

Used bar glasses were left in the bar area, which was the first sight when we arrived, they stayed overnight and were still there when we checked out. The area in front of the hotel and the bar were poorly maintained and not very clean. However, the room itself was nice and clean.

The breakfast was disappointing and did not seem fresh. The staff did not appear happy or welcoming, and at times it felt as though the guests were expected to welcome the staff rather than the other way around.

Mjög góður morgunmatur og Heiti pottur var geggjaður. :)
Pros:

Góð staðsetning þegar maður er á Akureyri.
Heiti potturinn geggjaður.

Cons:

Hefði verið fínt ef sánan hefði verið í gangi en það var verið að laga hana annars var allt mjög fínt.
