Budget option in the heart of Cartagena
Pros:

Overall, the service team was very attentive, polite and did their best to help. The location is really good. But I had two very different experiences with this hotel.

Cons:

The first room I stayed in was horrible. It faced the inner courtyard, with constant light coming through the window, the bed had hair from previous guests, the air conditioning dripped on my head, the bathroom had no ventilation, and termites ate the toilet paper. I asked for a new room and, after some resistance, they put me in an annex house at street level. This room had far fewer problems than the previous one, but since it was on the street, you could hear all the noise, which went on constantly until almost midnight.

Muy buen hotel
Pros:

Hermoso hotel, con habitaciones super amplias. Muy cómodo. Las camas excelentes.
Desayuno completo. A /C funciona correctamente, fundamental para Cartagena.
Nos guardaron equipaje varios dias.
La ubicación es excelente.

Buena calidad precio
Pros:

Está muy bien ubicado. Tiene aire acondicionado potente (algo imprescindible en Cartagena). Hicimos la reserva la noche anterior y genial calidad precio.

Cons:

Toallas y sábanas estaban limpias, pero el apartamento daba cierta sensación de suciedad pues el sofá tenía unas manchas de dudosa procedencia. Pero para el precio, está bien!

REVIEW SINCERO. A hospedagem é perfeita, localização é perfeita, perto de tudo, quartos com bom tamanho, com ar condicionado, quartos limpos todos os dias, chuveiro bom (com água quente), hospitalidade sem igual (todos muito cordiais) eu não gostei do primeiro quarto e pedi para trocar, eles atenderam de prontidão, café da manhã ótimo, café com leite, iogurte e granola livres, você pode escolher as opções do café (a la carte) e todas são ótimas, fiquei 3 noites com gostinho de quero mais. Podem reservar sem medo!

Uma vez para nunca mais!

Apenas a localização.

Cons:

Havia cabelos na roupa de cama, estava com cheiro de usada. As janelas do quarto não tinham cortinas, 5h da manhã o sol na cara. Travesseiro e cama péssimos. Vizinhos de quarto gritando e chegando na madrugada, foi como participar de uma festa que não queríamos dentro do nosso quarto às 3h da manhã.
Passamos a noite praticamente sem dormir, arrependimento total.

It was fair but most likely would pay a bit more to go elsewhere and feel more comfortable.
Pros:

The staff was friendly. There was no elevator so the front desk person helped us bring our bags us and check in early. The room was clean but a bit of an older feel. The breakfast was included and it was it was great. I had two over easy eggs with toast and it also came with ham, fresh papaya and pineapple and a piece of cheese as well as fresh juice. There was a station to be able to make your own coffee or tea.

The hotel had a cute living room like waiting area with a nice view of the park and street.

Cons:

There was no elevator. The toilet seat cover was broken, they only gave us one toilet paper and the remote control did not work to turn the tv on.

Pros:

Un hôtel sublime d’un point de vue général, un emplacement incroyable au cœur du centre historique. Notre chambre était très confortable et le balcon donnant sur la place est vraiment très sympathique.

Cons:

Une somme de petits détails, attendus pour le prix engagés, qui n'étaient pas au rendez vous : présence de serviette pour la piscine, pas d'eau potable à disposition gratuitement dans les chambres, petit déjeuner sans plus (manque de clarté sur les possibilités, produits parfois sans saveurs, malgré les photos montrantle petit déjeuner sur la terrasse, il était servi dans une petite salle en bas). Le personnel fait le job mais il n'est pas très convivial.

Ottima struttura, camera piano terra non tanto

Posizione perfetta, la struttura è pulita e lo staff gentile e disponibile

Cons:

La nostra camera era al piano terra senza finestre apribili, entrava luce per cui non si è dormito bene. La stanza presentava evidenti segni di muffa essendo anche accanto alla piscina interna per cui l’umidità era molto alta. La camera spartana ma almeno pulita. Per una notte è ok.
