Esta super bien localizado , es basico pero la verdad no se requiere mas. tiene restaurantes muy cerca y queda cerca de las zonas sociales

La ubicación, dentro de la ciudad amurallada.
El trato del personal fueron muy amables, por un tour un día tuvimos que salir muy temprano nos prepararon el desayuno lo más pronto para poder salir desayunando.
Las instalaciones la piscina un encanto para cuando retornas bastante acalorado por el clima y la humedad al menos para los que no estamos acostumbrados.
No es que no nos gusto pero me sorprendió el cobro de dos aguas y una cola que estaban en la nevera, regularmente esto es un plus cuando me he hospedado en otros sitios
The proximity of the Hotel, it was very nearby everywhere i wanted to go, everything was in walking distance. As well the Airport.
Water and Pop was inside the small fridge in my room, when i arrived 4 waters to be exact. i drank them. 3rd day 2 more bottles of water and pop was place in the fridge, After checking out i was told i had to pay for the waters and the pop. That should have been communicated before or upon arrival. That was a bit sneaky. I also wish someone there who was able to speak some sort of English.

The hotel was conveniently located and within easy walking distance of restaurants and local attractions. The staff was able to accommodate our early arrival and late departure, which enhanced the overall experience.
our initial room had a strong mildew odor that was making me feel ill. We also observed peeling paint and visible mildew on the walls. When we brought these issues to the attention of the front desk, it appeared they were already aware of the condition. At our request, we were moved to another room, which was appreciated, but the room should not have been assigned to guests in the first place.
Service was mixed. Some staff members were very friendly and accommodating, while others seemed indifferent and at times ignored us.
Despite the negative comments of others, the stay was great. The staff were very friendly and helpful, breakfast was delicious and nutritious, the location - perfect. Some said “ no hot water in the shower”, but it’s fresh and pleasant when you have +34C outside with heavy humidity. The sleep was restful and quiet.

La ubicación del hotel
La habitación, tenia problemas el baño y se nos inundo. El baño de la habitación que nos tocó tenia dimensiones reducidas y el espejo estaba en el techo. El desayuno era muy simple, el café no estaba bueno (siendo que es una zona cafetera por excelencia).
Hotel ótima com localização no centro histórico.
Próximo vários pontos turísticos e comércio em geral.
Equipe solicita e atenciosa, todos muito simpáticos
Limpeza diária muito boa.
Dois pontos que não desabona em nada o hotel, são apenas sugestões:
Banheiro poderia ter mais espaço.
Café da manhã seria melhor buffet.
La ubicación es inmejorable, justo frente a la plaza en el barrio de San Diego, lo que nos permitió caminar por el centro histórico con total comodidad. Destaco la practicidad para gestionar la reserva y la estadía sin complicaciones de pagos internacionales o links externos. Es un lugar ideal y muy práctico para descansar luego de un día entero de excursiones.
La estadía fue excelente, todo estuvo acorde a lo esperado y no tuvimos ningún inconveniente

La ubicación es excelente. La habitación 303 muy recomendada. Nos gustó mucho, espaciosa y estaba muy limpia. El chico de la recepción muy amable, nos ayudó mucho con el televisor y la chica del restaurante muy atenta
Podría variar el desayuno, la habitación del mezzanine no nos pareció acorde al precio. El baño Pedimos cambio de habitación y el chico de la recepción nos dio la 303 y mejoró bastante nuestra estancia. Para la otra habitación de dos pisos se puede mejorar las instalaciones y comodidad
La ubicación es muy estratégica. Queda muy cerca de puntos estratégicos y turísticos de la ciudad. Además, el desayuno tenía opciones variadas y ricas. Muy buen precio, buen servicio y excelente ubicación.
El baño es muy pequeño. Las escaleras dentro de la habitación dificultaban la movilidad.
