Ok if really need a place to stay for the night.
Pros:

Near port. Bakery and supermarket close by. Modern interior suitable for couple. But not more as sofa bed not functional.

Cons:

Sofa bed not functional, hard pillows, exterior and common are very run down. Area surround a bit rough. Property unclean however rectified swiftly. Not good value for money

Convenient to port and train station
Pros:

Check in was relatively easy

Not a great area, apartment was ok but floor dirty, sofa bed didn’t work and the building just felt sad

Pros:

Tesis temizdi. Rahatsızlık veren kimse yoktu. Oldukça sessiz ve metroya yakın olması da büyük bir avantajdı. Dairenin içi yenilenmiş ve klima vardı. Bu anlamda oldukça konforluydu.

Cons:

Beğenmediğim tek şey konumuydu. Şehrin daha çok banliyo mahallesindeydi. Özellikle gece yarısından sonra pek tekin bir cadde izlenimi vermedi.Çocuklu aile ile gelinmeyecekse yine de tercih edilebilir.

Great location, clean and comfortable. Highly recommend.
Pros:

Great location (very close to the port and metro), clean and with a very easy check in process. We had a ferry leaving Piraeus early the next day and the accommodation was ideal.

Cons:

Downside being so close to Piraeus port was that the surrounding streets were a bit noisy at night - it didn't impact sleep personally however.

Not a hotel, but well designed and equipped, with kitchenette & breakfast bar, & a communal washing machine.
Pros:

Good clean studio, ample space, also in bathroom. Comfortable bed. Lifts worked well. There was good communication with the virtual staff, and the access codes worked easily.

Cons:

This is not a hotel; there are no staff, no reception, no early check-in or late check-out is allowed, you cannot leave your luggage before check-in or after checkout. The ground floor entrance to the building is shabby and the accommodation is on floors 6 & 7 of an otherwise disused building.

Nicht empfehlenswert!
Pros:

Nett umgebauter Wohnraum.

Cons:

Das heruntergekommene und scheinlich verlassene 7 stöckige Gebäude, wovon nur die letzten 2 Etagen teilausgebaut sind! Der Haupteingang steht offen und gewährt jedem Zugang!

Lokalizacja bardzo dobra , blisko do portu, do metra., linii autobusowych. Blisko sklepy i restauracje. W apartamencie jest wszystko żelazko, suszarka, czajnik i garnki, talerze i szklanki.

Słaba akustyka, słychać samochody nocą

Pros:

L'idea dei codici per l'ingresso e per l'appartamento molto utile. L'appartamento ben fornito, con aria condizionata e bagno abbastanza spazioso. Posizione ideale per porto e traghetti x le isole e per i mezzi verso Atene e le spiaggie.

Cons:

Poco spazio per i vestiti e il cambio biancheria che non c'è

Pros:

I have stayed in Athens many times, and the location of this home is excellent — especially its proximity to the Piraeus metro and train stations, as well as the port. It’s a great choice, particularly if you’re planning to travel to different islands from the port.

Siisti huoneisto hyvällä paikalla.

Cons:

Ilmastointilaite piti ääntä ja huoneisto ei viilentynyt kovin hyvin. Tyynyt oli liian paksut. Meillä meni yli tunti sovitusta sisäänkirjautumisajasta ennenkuin saimme koodit joilla pääsi huoneistoon, automaattinen sisäänkirjautuminen ei toiminut kuten piti.

Great location for traveling early in the morning from Pireas

The location since we were traveling early morning from Pireas port.

Cons:

The communication with the staff snd the WiFi . Most of the time we didn’t have any WiFi in the room .

Pros:

The place was clean , nice and comfy

Cons:

The support chat was kinda rude and not understanding, i requested for 2 hour later leave and they didnt allow it , also its hard to get in touch with them , i had to wait 5hours through chat to get a negative answer.
