Pros:

Excellent location - walking distance from Petra Visitor Center. The staff is very friendly, the food is delicious. They can provide transfers to anywhere in Jordan. I recommend!

Pros:

Roadhouse is a very nice place to stay during your visit to Petra. The staff are lovely and are very happy to support with any requests. If you have a room with a view, you are able to see the Petra welcome center and the rocks! The place also has a nice garden and little restaurant/common area to relax in.

Very very disappointing

I don’t like leaving bad reviews, but this place left us bitter of our Petra experience. The room was unprepared and missing basic things. We arrived at 19:30 and couldn’t find towels. We were told they were still at the cleaners (5 hours after the official check-in time). After dinner, we found two towels left right ON THE FLOOR outside our room.

The carpet was full of sand and crumbs. There was no hand soap, no bath mat and only one teacup. Showering was impossible, as the water was either boiling or cold. The room was very cold and took the whole night of AC heating to reach a reasonable temperature – I slept in my thermals. I booked a mountain view room, and the view was indeed beautiful in the morning, but we would have preferred a warm room, working shower and clean floors. No Wi-Fi too.

There is no reception, so finding someone in charge was a challenge. There was one man who was busy cooking and serving in the restaurant and couldn’t help us after I complained about the dirty room, as there were no other rooms available. The restaurant looked cosy, but we decided not to eat there after seeing the condition of the room.

We booked two nights but left after the first – we couldn’t do without a shower after walking in Petra all day. Wadi Musa has no shortage of places to stay, don’t waste your time and money on this one.

Pros:

Милый номер. Чисто. Очень отзывчивый персонал. Внизу кафе. Отличный вид на город и горы.

Cons:

Кондиционер очень медленно прогревает помещение. Но нам выдали ещё один плед.
В ванной прохладно. Очень долго нужно ждать, чтобы пошла тёплая вода. Что очень неэкономно, учитывая, что в Иордании трудно с водой и воду очень берегут.

Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln das personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit die Aussicht auf der Terrasse ist toll. Kann diese Unterkunft weiter empfehlen.

Благодарю хозяина и его персонал за душевный приём! Было всё: хозяин отеля лично на машине показал интересные места: маленькую Петру, старый город, видовые площадки на закат, источник Моисея. Еда в ресторане очень вкусная. Рекомендую к заселению! Кстати вид с номеров потрясающий!

A warm welcome, open for assistance all the time, really nice dinner and breakfast, comfortable restaurant room, good room

Cons:

The shower was broken and hardly usable. But we didn't make a big effort to have it repaired or shower in another room so we don't want to judge too hard

Posto veramente fantastico
La posizione è ottima, vicino all'entrata del sito archeologico di Petra
Stanza pulita, con riscaldamento e AC oltre ad un balcone che permette di vedere la città di notte
Il personale è estremamente accogliente e disponibile ed è possibile chiedere colazione, pranzo e cena al ristorantino dentro l'albergo
Se tornerò a Petra, so dove alloggiare!

Alojamiento con ubicación perfecta para visitar Petra
Pros:

Personal muy amable. La zona de comedor y la terraza exterior muy auténticas. Ubicación inmejorable para ir caminando al Centro de Visitantes de Petra. Facilidad para aparcar

Cons:

El desagüe de la ducha no funcionaba muy bien y se formaban "piscinas" en el baño
