Cons:

Dirty and unhygienic, smell of sewage clings to clothing long after leaving the property. Looking back through the reviews, the smell of sewage has been there since September "last year".
Bathroom facilities were peeling paint. Signs in bathrooms say sewage is insufficient probably because of the disrepair.
Electrical fittings in the 3 bed room are exposed from walls.
I was bitten during the night by biting insects.
Directions for getting to the property were inaccurate meaning, late at night trying to find a route around the housing estate.
The property is in a location where you would feel safe alone.
People say it was good value for money. I disagree having stayed in far better, cleaner properties during this visit to Portugal for the same cost.

Muy cerca del aeropuerto.

Cons:

Te envían los códigos a las 15h. En otros sitios los suelen enviar 24h antes para evitar posibles fallos y la intranquilidad de no tener la información.
En general, necesita una reforma. La ducha y el lavabo están desconchados y muy estropeados. Las puertas de las habitaciones hacen mucho ruido al abrirse y se están escuchando continuamente.

Close to airport, reasonably priced
Pros:

15 minute walk from the airport, so good for a 1-night stay if you have a late arriving or early departing flight. Self check-in, instructions good and keys easy to find. Comfortable bed.

Cons:

Not the owners’ fault, but disturbed by noise from other residents arriving late/leaving very early. This accommodation is only suitable for 1 night before/after flying. No wardrobe or rail in room to hang clothes. But very cheap so good value for money

Pros:

It's near the airport and near to the cafés and restaurants. Also it's not far to walk to the supermarket and there are a couple of mini markets nearby. Also there are birds and flowers.

Hned v při vstupu jsme cítili plísně. Byli jsme ubytováni v prosinci a byla tam šílená zima a žádné topení. V posteli ch

Plíseň v pokoji, smrdělo to.
V pokoji byla zima.
V posteli chyběla část roštu.
Sprchu jsme nechtěli ani použít, jelikož to v koupelně smrdělo a vypadalo to taky špinavě.

Es war erstaunlich, dass sich nach vielfachen Anrufversuchen schließlich doch noch einmal eine Person gemeldet hatte.

Cons:

Der Check-in war total unverständlich. Drei weitere Gäste sind spontan abgereist! Ich würde und werde diese Unterkunft niemals weiterempfehlen.
