Comfortable and practical stay nearby airport and excellent shuttlebus service!
Pros:

The shuttlebus service and the location. The lady who came to pick us up was very warm helpful and friendly. Room was clean and very practical.

Not pretentious but about 10 minutes from Airport.Gave me phone number in advance and told me to call(on WhatsApp ) if I wanted.
Car came in 15 minutes.No charge!!!
Next day found out I needed to go to airport early .
They had a vehicle available every hour.
I went at 4am!!!
No charge again.
Very comfortable.
No restaurant etc but very useful to be near airport.
Staff very helpful.

Stayed here for two nights while in transit through Athens. I specifically chose this hotel because it advertised 24-hour reception and a free airport shuttle—both of which were unreliable.

The airport pickup was poorly managed. I coordinated with the driver by phone, but due to unclear instructions, he left without me and only returned about 20 minutes later.

There was no reception at the hotel at any point during my stay. The driver handled my return shuttle booking, but on departure day, he forgot me and left with other guests. I had to call him to come back, which was very stressful given my tight travel schedule.

Overall, the lack of reception and disorganized shuttle service made this a frustrating experience. The listing is misleading and should be updated to reflect the actual level of service.
