La piscina que estaba dentro del hotel era paga , no era para los huéspedes, la piscina que está afuera del hotel es para todos los huéspedes pero esta al aire libre , con lo que no es posible meterse por el viento .
Agua en el dispenser no había, para todos los huéspedes, el desayuno escaso y no reponían.
Domingo que en cualquier hotel.se prolonga el horario de desayuno en este no .

El lugar hermoso, en la montaña, para desconectar y relajarse
No me gusto que para usar la pileta interior haya que pagar un extra, estaría bueno que este incluido en el precio final, ya que en mi caso reserve por qué tenía pileta.
También sería lindo renovar las toallas y batas

Lo único positivo fue el tamaño de las habitaciones y la cama.
Solo permiten el uso de la piscina a los huéspedes en el insólito horario de la cena de 8 a 21 fuera de ella todo es pago. Faltó calefacción. No había secador de cabello. Detalles de limpieza y mantenimiento según fotos adjuntas. El café del desayuno y la leche estaban tibias. Insólitas recomendaciones sobre el uso del papel y higiénico violando normas de buena costumbre y salubridad mediante argumentos inválidos como que el papel no es orgánico. El volumen del televisor se encontraba bloqueado en niveles prácticamente inaudible para oídos normales. Pese a que éramos los únicos huéspedes en todo el hotel. Tengo la impresión de que no es un hotel con pileta sino una pileta con algunas opciones de alojamiento como captación de potenciales clientes para los servicios de spa.

Lovely, big room and bathroom, I loved having my own jacuzzi. The hotel is very small which helped keep noise levels down. The outdoor swimming pool (with a bar!) was lovely, I only used it once but it was so nice that it was heated!
1) I had a tea kettle but no cups in my room, and the breakfast room was closed at night so I landed up buying a cup so I could make myself some herbal tea at night with some tea bags I had in my suitcase. I would recommend having at least one tea cup in the room along the kettle. 2) there wasn't much of a difference in price for use of the spa between hotel guests and external guests and it was already a bit steep so I did not use the spa. I would have if the price for hotel guests had been lower. 3) While the breakfast was OK I would have liked a few hot options, p
