Great family value destination
Pros:

Location, food options, staff amazing , decent value outstanding spa and salon

Cons:

Rooms need to be updated. They felt super dated and not very appealing. Lots of problems with the elevators.

A most unexpected and enjoyable stay. Glad to have discovered this hidden gem
Pros:

It's a hidden gem tucked away in a nice and quiet residential neighbourhood. Every unit is a small apartment, with a balcony, separate living room, dining area and kitchenette. The rooms are tastefully organised. I almost felt guilty for not using all the facilities and being there only for a night. Members of the staff were very friendly and helpful, right from the reception, to house keeping and then dining. I think it'll be a superb place to stay at for a few days and unwind. Almost a home away from home.

Cons:

Nothing major. The room wasn't dirty but could have been cleaned better, especially with clumps of long hair flying around.

Lovely stay : felt like home
Pros:

This was our second stay at the hotel and it was just as good as our earlier stay last year..the location, good breakfast and helpful and courteous interaction by the senior staff at the breakfast hall were all pluses..the quiet suite, away from the elevators and on the top floor were more pluses..the cleanliness and pleasant smell pervading the hallways were very satisfying and pleasing..

Overall great stay. Served our purpose with some great food and hospitality.
Pros:

Breakfast was superb. The Cheff was taling care of all special requests. The staff were very courteous and attended to the needs. Room service astaff was really good. Overall great hospitality. Front office manager was very helpfull and even extended our check out by 2 hours

Cons:

Check in and front office friendliness can be litt;le more. Front office staff can be trained more to attend to well travelled senior guests. Missed the last mile even though they were quite proffessional.Even after settling the entire room bill in advance , front office was insisting on further deposits for running bills which was quite annoying which is unheard in my 40 years of travelling and 5 star hotel experience. Not that I cannot pay , but insistance is not a good way of hospitality. May be its hotel policy , can be reviewed.

It was just a very short stay... I can not add alot, but food option was really good. Clean room!
Pros:

Breakfast option was more than I expected. They had a lot of variety. From prople who pefer only a light breakfast to proper breakfast.

Cons:

Nothing very specific which I should highlight.

It was a good stay, worth the stay.
Pros:

We had a wonderful 4-night stay. The location is perfect. The staff were polite and helpful. Our room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Highly recommended!
