Pros:

Food is good, if not great ... quite a mix of South Indian/North Indian/Western bread items etc.

Cons:

I kept in the refrigerator Tirupati Prasadam (3 Laddus) and forgot to take out while checking out. After couple of hours after checkout, I called up reception requesting them to preserve it, so that I can collect it!
Response was like ... "sorry sir, house keeping boys would have disposed it." They didn't even bother to check!
It's fine, because it was Tipupati Balaji devine Prasadam, people who consumed it, are blessed!
But what if something else like phone or other items are forgotten? Same treatment? This is not customer service for the money they are charging!

A good hotel in a quiet neighbourhood, with good food and excellent room size
Pros:

Very good breakfast, food generally of high quality and variety. Good sized pool with a small number of loungers, and gym. All the rooms are extremely spacious and have a bedroom separated by sliding doors and curtains from a living area with couch and coffee table, a useful dining table and kitchenette with good size fridge. Some (but not all) rooms have balcony. Above all, very friendly/helpful/attentive staff.

Cons:

The Verandah restaurant is quite echoey, and the music volume and chosen 'genre' added to the noise levels. Would have preferred volume and type of music to be much more calming, especially at breakfast time. But there is an outdoor courtyard section which is a peaceful alternative! The Sunday brunch by the pool (with a generous variety of buffet foods) had a live singer, who was very good but again the speakers were on such high volume it was almost impossible to hear what our guests were saying. We moved tables to an area below the terrace and sat behind a speaker to solve this....

A great place for family or couples to stay .with the greatest hospitable staff starting from welcome security area to the reception or restaurant staffa and even the housekepping staffs..Well maintained and well equipped suites .
