Pros:

L'accueil est sympathique. Arrêt de tram devant l'hôtel, moins de 15min pour rejoindre le centre.
Les chambres sont grandes et bien équipées. Le restaurant, avec sa grande terrasse dans une bâtisse historique est fort sympathique et la nourriture est bonne.
Possibilité de parquer nos vélos dans parking souterrain.

Joli cadre,terrasse sympa,bien situé

Des clients bruyants sur la terrasse au delà de 1 heure du matin!!!!on avait la chambre juste au dessus!!!

Otel odalarımız geniş ve tertemiz idi. Her gün odalara temizlik için girildi ve her dönüşümüzde odamızı tertemiz bulduk. Sessiz, temiz ve hoş bir otel. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim. Otel personeli güler yüzlü ve de her türlü konuda bize destek oldular. Otelin konumda hemen tramvay durağının karşısı, şehre özel araç dısında da ulaşım son derece rahat. Bizim büyük aracımız vardı, bize özel bir yer reserve edilmişti. Öncesinde bilgi verilmesini tavsiye ediyorum. Teşekkür ediyorum herşey için

Otelde kahvaltı almadık. Bir akşam yemek yemek istedik. Yoğunluktan dolayı ve reservasyonsuz oldugumuz için biraz sıkıntı oldu. Ama o da çalışan sempatik ve yardımsever garson hanımlar sayesinde kolaylıkla halloldu. Çorbalarımız gayet lezzetli idi. Sadece hizmet konusunda biraz daha esnek olunabileceğini düşünmekteyim. Otelin sahibesi Hanım iletişim sıkıntısından dolayı yaşanan süreci sonradan gelip telafi etmesi çok hoş oldu. Kendisine teşekkür ediyoruz.

Terzo letto davvero imbarazzante.
Un divano letto con un materasso finissimo scomodo e struttura storta.
Se orenoto per 3 persone, tutti dovrebbero avere il medesimo confort

It was ok. I mean if you need a place to stay it does the job

Convenient where we were driving .

Cons:

No Aircon and the tiny fan for summer is not enough. Quite dark hotel. Far from restaurants and for what their rates and stars are I quite disagree with it

Excellent choice if you don't want to be in the centre of Bern
Pros:

An excellently run hotel in a very convenient setting, 10 minutes by tram to the centre of Bern. It's attractive, quiet but with a busy restaurant. The breakfasts are excellent.
