Decent stay and good value for money, but Wi-Fi and accessibility could be better.
Pros:

The staff were pleasant, laundry service was available, and there was a free coffee machine at reception, which was a nice touch! Instamart and Swiggy deliveries were quick and convenient too.

Cons:

The location looked convenient on the map and was close to the places we wanted to visit, but getting cabs was surprisingly difficult. Rapido and Uber drivers kept cancelling because they seemed to have trouble reaching the property.

The biggest downside was the Wi-Fi — it was really poor and definitely not something I would rely on if you're planning to work during your stay. Room service was also quite slow, and we often had to contact them multiple times for the same request.

Upper floor room with less traffic noise

Cons:

Checked in only at 7 AM next day but AC was not kept on as requested.

Third time staying at this Olive, 9th time at Olive Hotels within this three kilometre circle, would like you to provide in room footwear and luggage rack/table in the rooms.

Location is ok. Not bad.

Cons:

Tv was not functioning. Despite having told the staffs multiple times to fix it, they listened but dint give heed to it.

Good location, friendly staff, not as new as photos
Pros:

Location is good. Staff are friendly. Smooth check in.

Cons:

Few things in disrepair, curtains were broken off the hooks. Sink tap was loose and the whole fixture was moving when Turing on or off the tap. Not identical to photos of the property.
