Over all enjoyed and worth it what i have paid.
Pros:

Staff are well behaved and cordial. Location is good. Rooms are neat. Over all i liked it and enjoyed.
I dint use their restaurant services.

Perfect Holiday
Pros:

They were very honest regarding rooms availablity (CLOSE TO EACH OTHER) and therefore waived off the charges of cancellation as well

Best stay in Nuwara Eliya
Pros:

Everything about this place was great. Especially the young staff who managed to run everything was spectacular. The suite was amazing specially the jacuzzi. Would recommend this to anyone!

Charming staff at a hotel near the lake
Pros:

The staff were charming, especially Mr Indika Wickramanayake. The room was comfortable and the location was somewhat convenient.

Cons:

This is not the fault of the hotel but I need air-conditioning and/or a fan to sleep. It seems none of the hotels in Nuwara Eliya provide either.
