We had a good time.
Pros:

It was decent, but amazing customer service. The beds are comfortable and the breakfast is delicious. Rooms are wide and clean.

Cons:

I had to experience the cold shower unfortunately, and it could have been bit better with sound proofing. Every time when the other guests walk past, it was just in your eardrums 🙂. The hotel doesn’t have a lift, nor a smart tv.

Pros:

Staff were friendly and helpful And couldn’t do enough for you. Carried our bags up the stairs and gave us umberallas to walk around when it rained.
The staff were good at contacting you on the phone what’s app.
Location was good.

Cons:

The music from next door (the carnival).
The shower was cold.

Pleasant Stay with Friendly Service

The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, polite, and always ready to help. The location is peaceful and perfect for a relaxing stay in Nuwara Eliya. Rooms were neat and cozy, and overall the experience was very pleasant. Good value for money.

There were a few minor improvements needed, such as quicker response time from staff during busy hours and slightly better maintenance in certain areas. However, nothing major that affected the overall stay.

Perfect value for money
Pros:

The hotel is located in a wonderful location, and certain rooms have stunning views of the lake and sweeping views of Nuwara Eliya.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and we were offered a complimentary upgrade.

The rooms are quite nice, with all the facilities, and quite clean and fresh.

This was my second time staying here, and I'm definitely coming back to stay here.

Very Courtious staff especially the manager.

Great location.

Cons:

No toileteries in the bathroom, Continous dirty smell inside bathroom even after running exaust fan.
TV/entertainment need upgradation.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hat uns jeden Wunsch erfüllt. Sogar Porridge haben sie uns zum Frühstück zubereitet, weil wir gerade Magen-/Darmprobleme hatten.

Nice place for a one night stay
Pros:

Nice comfortable room with a nice view. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice food.

Great location, photos of hotel are deceiving.
Pros:

Location was close to the main area. Beds and pillows were comfortable. The shower had strong pressure which was awesome. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Packed a take away breakfast when we departed early from the hotel.

Cons:

The hotel photos are old. Hotel needs a face lift. Cleanliness wasn’t the best. Dust on furniture and the bathroom floor wasn’t clean. No floor mats in bathroom, had to use our used bath towels to avoid slipping. Had a power cut and tv wasn’t working for a while. Hotel is Ok at best.
