Great location, photos of hotel are deceiving.
Pros:

Location was close to the main area. Beds and pillows were comfortable. The shower had strong pressure which was awesome. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Packed a take away breakfast when we departed early from the hotel.

Cons:

The hotel photos are old. Hotel needs a face lift. Cleanliness wasn’t the best. Dust on furniture and the bathroom floor wasn’t clean. No floor mats in bathroom, had to use our used bath towels to avoid slipping. Had a power cut and tv wasn’t working for a while. Hotel is Ok at best.

酒店设施陈旧，我们入住的晚上楼下的人唱歌唱到凌晨快一点，开始唱的时候找前台已经下班，没办法直接在阳台喊了一嗓子楼下才停。

Pros:

Sehr schöne, große Suite im obersten Stockwerk. Man muss wissen, dass es keinen Aufzug gibt. Hat uns aber nicht weiter gestört.

Cons:

Die Sauberkeit des Badezimmers ließ sehr zu wünschen übrig. Der Abfluss der Dusche war mit vielen Haaren aus den Vorwochen verstopft. So etwas muss einfach nicht sein…

Way too expensive for such hotel, overal hotels 2x cheaper offers better and cleaner rooms.
Pros:

Not very cleand bedsheets, lots of moisture and humidity in the room.

The heater struck my kid when he tried to remove the heating socket, the wires are damaged or the sockets of electricity damaged.

Manager mediocre.

Cons:

Nice view from the window. Breakfast was ok.

Pros:

Staff were very welcoming and kind. Excellent customer service. Clean room with comfortable bed and clean shower. Stay included breakfast which they kindly packed for takeaway for me. I would recommend this hotel to anybody visiting in NUWARA Eliya.

Schönes, kleines Hotel für einen Aufenthalt in Nuwara Eliya
Pros:

Das Grand Turf ist ein richtiges Hotel, aber in kleinem Maßstab mit 14 Zimmern. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im dritten Stock mit Seeblick. Sehr geräumig, mit kleinem Balkon. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt.
Bereits der Empfang war sehr herzlich, nicht einfach nur professionell, sondern authentisch.
Eine herausragende Person war der Chief of Staff, so nenne ich ihn mal, der ein Ausbund an Hilfsbereitschaft, Freundlichkeit und Herzlichkeit war. Wir haben uns gerne und lange mit Ihm unterhalten.
Sollten wir noch einmal in die Gegend kommen, gerne in dieses Hotel.

Pros:

Отель небольшой, наш номер был маленьким, но с очень удобной кроватью. Ванна современная, но запах из-за вытяжки был не очень.
Персонал очень приветливый, встретили нас чаем, в ресторане мы поужинали и это было очень вкусно, что после тяжелой дороги и дня очень порадовало.
Завтрак был очень плотный и разнообразный
Мы поболтали с управляющим, это была приятная беседа
