Sem ar condicionado a funcionar

Localização, chuveiro muito bom, quarto estava limpo.

Cons:

O ar condicionado não funcionou, nem no meu quarto e nem no quarto dos meus filhos, apesar de ser inverno estava muito quente, tive que deixar a janela aberta para ajudar a dormir, já meus filhos não puderam fazer isso porque o quarto tinha uma porta que dava pra varanda coletiva, tentei interfonar mas não tinha o número no quarto.

Relação qualidade-preço, localização, limpeza

Cons:

Pedimos um berço antes da estadia, comunicação difícil no início mas por fim informaram que iríamos ter disponível à nossa chegada.
No check-in voltamos a relembrar do berço e foram entregar ao quarto um berço sem colchão nem roupa de cama adequada. Questionamos o staff que disse que tinha sido um lapso. Quando regressamos ao hotel à noite, já com a bebé de cinco meses a dormir, informam que não têm colchão, quando já não temos forma de adquirir ou resolver a questão...

Chambres propres et spacieuses

Cons:

Nous étions en famille avec 2 chambres, les chambres n’étaient pas côte à côte mais assez éloignées, c’est vraiment dommage. Le petit déjeuner est très moyen. Vue dans le centre commercial peu agréable.
