Disappointed
Pros:

On the positive side, the staff was friendly and the location is nice, although it’s a bit far from the center of Bangalore. We were on the 5th floor and had a nice view over Bangalore and could see the fireworks of the Diwali Festival.

Cons:

The check-in process was quite complicated. We had to provide our passports and visas, and then fill out a form asking for exactly the same information — which felt a bit unnecessary.
The “western-style” breakfast was also disappointing: the omelet was too salty, and when we asked for bread, we received two pieces of toast baked into the omelet. However, we’re sure the Indian breakfast would be much better!
Additionally, the balcony door couldn’t be locked, and another disadvantage was that payment was only possible in cash, as international cards were not accepted. Moreover, the staff tried to bribe us with a small present to add a positive review, which we of course declined.
