Very disappointed
Cons:

First of all, at the time of check-in, reception staff offered a discounted price if I cancelled the booking from Booking.Com and book directly with them. That was unethical.

The corridors and rooms were so smelly that it triggered my allergies.

Aircon did not work in one of the rooms. I had a horrible night as it was very hot & humid (due to the rains in the previous days). When I reported the next day, aircon could not be fixed due to some technical difficulties. When requested to put me up in another room where aircon is working, reception staff said "sir, all rooms are booked out" and hung up the phone with no apology or offering alternative arrangements. Essentially, I paid full fee and received less than promised services.

Reception staff have no notion of 'customer service'.

I am extremely disappointed with my stay having visited Bangalore after years and that too to attend a special occasion.
