sehr gutes Personal bei problematischem Grundkonzept
Pros:

Sehr hilfsbereites Personal. Besonders Rezeption und ValetParking Personal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Location ist besonders und spannend.

Cons:

Das Paket mit Frühstück ist nicht zu empfehlen. Obwohl das Zimmer für drei Erwachsene gebucht war, gab es nur einen Voucher für zwei. Frühstück war damit nicht für alle inbegriffen. Zusätzlich war das Frühstücks Restaurant voll und man musste reservieren. Wäre eine gute Information vorab gewesen. Das Management muss sich das Frühstückspaket überlegen. So wie es ist verursacht es negative Bewertungen.

The hotel is an excellent location with easy access to Boston’s highlights and the Metro

Definitely would stay there again as much a good location and comfortable, great transport links
Pros:

Great vibes, large room, dinner in the Clink was excellent. Despite being in the old prison ( rather than the tower) there was no noise issue, even though they had a DJ one night. Great Concierge/doorstaff team - super helpful.

Cons:

Breakfast in the Clink was disappointing. Our table seemed to be in blind spot so ages to get served and when food arrived it was over cooked and cold. We did raise it and were given a $6 discount. That was not really acceptable.

Pros:

Great location, quality, view.
Coffee (free) bar in lobby, basically as good as if there was an in-room coffee Nespresso machine. However, Nespresso is the global standard in this leaque.

Cons:

Consistent (light) bad sewer-line smell in lobby
Way to cold breakfast room (adjustments take 1h to circulate)

We had a nice visit in Boston and will definitely be back!
Pros:

We liked just about everything!

Cons:

The View..... We have stayed there three times and the views are lacking... We had an office building right across from our room on the 16th floor and then a view of a tree. No city views even in the corner room.... With that being said we didn't spend a lot of time in our room anyway --the views were around town.....

Very nice three days in an excellent hotel with great location and good room and service

Very good location, 15 min from the airport and 15 min walk to downtown. Creative design, unique history, nice staff, good room and good breakfast
