Pros:

What I liked most about Al Masa Hotel was its convenient location close to Cairo, the clean sandy beach, and the cleanliness of the facilities. The staff were also very helpful, friendly, and cooperative, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

Our first stay was so relaxing we wanted to extend it!
Pros:

Very conveniently located around an hour away from Cairo, with a quiet atmosphere, a lovely sandy beach, mountain views, and spacious rooms.

We appreciated how modern the hotel and room décor was - with neutral colors that are easy on the eye.

The beach and pool areas helped us forget any worries. We loved how the music was kept at a low-to-medium volume, having us enjoy the sound of the sea and birds flying by.

Breakfast and dinner buffets had just enough variety. The dessert was delicious! The staff are the most proactive and attentive I have seen, silently ensuring everything is clean and organized without you asking. Not a single staff member was behind on anything and they always had a smile on their face. Ahmed Ismail from reception was extremely friendly and super gracious, offering us an unplanned free upgrade that made our stay even more luxurious.

Cons:

The bathrooms were a tad smelly, whether the one in-room or the one in reception - maybe some plumbing, cleaning or odor improvements can be made.

This was not my first visit to AlMasa Hotel. I have stayed here more than ten times, and every visit reminds me why I keep coming back.

I would like to express my special thanks and appreciation to Ahmed Ismael at the reception for his warm welcome, professionalism, and outstanding hospitality. His friendly attitude and genuine willingness to help made me feel welcomed and valued from the moment I arrived.

I would also like to thank the entire hotel team for their responsiveness, cooperation, and consistently positive attitude. The staff are always helpful, respectful, and attentive, which makes the overall experience even more enjoyable.
