Pros:

Beautiful lobby, comfortable rooms, free drinks vouchers, we were able to check in earlier after a long overnight flight

Cons:

Location not central but we wanted to be closer to the airport to it was a conscious choice. Also there are loads of shopping and food options around

Spacious Family Room with Friendly Service and Convenient Location
Pros:

The room was spacious enough for a family of four. The staff were friendly and helpful. There are many restaurants and small convenience stores in the neighbourhood, which makes the location very practical

Cons:

Breakfast could be improved. There is only one type of cheese available, which limits the selection. Most of the meat options are pork-based, which further reduces variety. As a result, the only real alternative is the egg station, and the omelette there was the main positive part of my breakfast experience

Good Hotel
Pros:

Almost everything.

Cons:

1- Many of the staff do not know English , however it is normal in China , almost everywhere.
2- The Hotel Main entrance location is tricky and confusing for Taxi and Didi drivers, many trips are cancelled becuse of that reason. Hotel should find solution.

Хороший завтрак, хорошая уборка номеров, сами номера очень достойные, кровати удобные.

Cons:

В бассейне холодная вода. Женская сауна - просто пластиковая капсула с паром. Не комфортно там сидеть, не погреться.

Great value for money
Pros:

Very good breakfast, big room with comfortable bed and shower. Nice choice of TV channels including CNN. We received a voucher for free drink (beer or soft drink) to be used at the bar - nice adds. Big swimming pool, for those who loves swimming - you won't be disappointed.

Cons:

Unfortunately, only men were able to use sauna. Most of personnel did not speak English. Hotel is quite far from metro station and from the most popular places

w odpowiedzi na prośbę o wystawienie opinii dotyczącej mojego pobytu, chciałabym podzielić się swoimi uwagami.

Niestety, podczas pobytu napotkaliśmy istotne niedogodności, które znacząco wpłynęły na komfort naszego wypoczynku. Już od początku pobytu wykładzina w pokoju była całkowicie mokra, obsługa hotelu na naszą prośbę o interwencję, przyniosła ręczniki (które położyła na ziemię) oraz osuszacz powietrza. Sytuacja ta była nie tylko bardzo niekomfortowa, ale również budziła zastrzeżenia co do standardu pokoju.

Dodatkowo zostaliśmy poinformowani, że klimatyzacja nie jest włączana w godzinach nocnych. W efekcie temperatura w pokoju była bardzo wysoka, co utrudniało sen i powodowało duży dyskomfort.

Z uwagi na powyższe niedogodności, które miały realny wpływ na jakość naszego pobytu, uprzejmie proszę o rozważenie częściowego zwrotu kosztów jako formy rekompensaty.

Liczę na Państwa zrozumienie oraz pozytywne rozpatrzenie mojej prośby.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. La chambre était particulièrement spacieuse, bien équipée et offrait une très belle vue panoramique, ce qui a clairement contribué à la qualité de notre expérience. La salle de bain est également remarquable, à la fois esthétique et fonctionnelle.
Le niveau de propreté est irréprochable, avec un service de ménage efficace. Nous avons aussi apprécié le professionnalisme du personnel, aussi bien à l’accueil qu’au petit-déjeuner. Ce dernier est d’ailleurs varié et de bonne qualité. La présence d’un petit réfrigérateur et de prises adaptées à tous les types de branchements est un vrai plus.
Cependant, quelques points restent à améliorer au regard du standing de l’établissement. L’absence d’accroche-serviettes dans la salle de bain est surprenante et peu pratique. De même, l’installation d’une machine à café à capsules serait appréciable. Enfin, des tapis de bain plus qualitatifs apporteraient un confort supplémentaire.
En résumé, une très bonne expérience globale, avec quelques ajustements simples qui permettraient d’atteindre un niveau encore plus élevé.
