Pros:

Das Zimmer war gross und sauber,aber wir hatten ja auch superior Zimmer,dann passt auch die grösse..

Cons:

Das essen zum Abend war zu wenig keine auswal an Salaten,auch Porzionen waren klein,kein Buffe,sonder nur zwei Sorten zum Auswahl. Das Personal im Restoran,besonders eine Dame,habe ihr Namme vergessen aufzuschreiben,war sehr unfreundlich,gesterss generft. Auf die bitte mir zu helfen mit der nummer einzutragen in der Menu karte.nur gemekert und unhöflich was hergenuschelt was ich nicht verstand. Zum Glück hatten wir nette Tischnachbar,die uns dann geholfen hatten. Zum Frühstück gab es nur am Sonntag Lachs,das kenne ich anders von vier Sterne Hotel.

Pros:

Sehr gutes Hotel, die meisten Mitarbeitenden waren freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist top.
Essen war sehr gut.

Cons:

Es wäre ein perfekter Aufenthalt im Hotel gewesen, wenn die Toilettenspülung funktioniert hätte.

An der Rezeption sagte man uns, dass man mehrmals drücken müsse. Doch selbst wenn man 50–60 Mal drückte, hat die Spülung meistens nicht funktioniert.

Gerne wieder!
Pros:

Sehr gut organisiert, ruhige angenehme Atmosphäre, so richtig zum Entspannen und wohl fühlen.

Cons:

Die Temperatur des Innenpool war niedriger als angegeben und auch so zu kühl. Es sollte 28° sein, war aber nur 26° laut Thermometer. Angenehm wären 30°.

Krásný pobyt v klidném tradičním hotelu v centrálním parku Františkových lázní
Pros:

Je to krásný hotel velmi tichý a příjemný centrálně položený přímo v parku, což není obvyklé. Snídaně je výborná (čerstvé ovoce, losos, parmská šunka atd.) a krásně prostřené stoly damaškové bílé ubrusy). Do hotelu se opakovaně vracíme protože se nám velmi líbí a výhodou je možnost využití jak swiming poolu přímo v hotelu, tak celodenní permanentka do Aquaparku. Parkování také s dostatečnou kapacitou přímo před hotelem s bezbariérovým přístupem

Im Großen und Ganzen war wir sehr zufrieden.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr gut, viel zeitiges Angebot. Das Abendessen war auch gut, wir wollten zum Fleisch Knödel gerne haben und die Bedienung hat es organisiert, dass wir am Samstagabend zum Fleisch Knödel bekamen, war echt super. Die Lage des Hotels war auch sehr schön, im Frühling oder Sommer sicherlich noch schöner, wenn alles grün ist.

Cons:

Die Sauna war am Tag nur 60 Grad und ab 16:00 Uhr auf 90 Grad hoch geschaltet. Wir waren am Tag in der Sauna und wollten gerne die 90 Grad nutzen.

Perfekt immer gern wieder.
Pros:

Sehr nettes Personal, Frühstück alles vorhanden was man sich wünscht, Extras werden erfüllt,
die Lage des Hotel zentral , Spa alles super und man kann Anwendungen tauschen und buchen.
Personal aufmerksam und auch im Schwimmbadbereich alles vorhanden
