Pros:

Krásný pokoj, čistota po celém hotelu, neuvěřitelně lesklé křišťálové lustry. Bohaté snídaně, příjemná obsluha. Výborná káva i zákusky v místní kavárně. Velice milá recepční Gábina, která je pravý profesionál na svém místě. Z wellness jsme využili každý den pouze vířivku - naprostá spokojenost. Krásně jsme v Imperialu oslavili naše 30. výročí svatby 😀.

Pros:

Do tohoto hotelu s jedinečnou atmosférou se rádi vracíme. Velmi kladně hodnotíme jak úroveň ubytování, prostředí, tak i profesionální vystupování personálu. Hotel je umístěn příhodně v centru a přesto v krásném klidném parku.
Znovu určitě přijedeme.

Cons:

Frühstück am Wochenende nur bis 9:30 Uhr, dass ist heutzutage nicht mehr akzeptabel.
Hotel check out bis 10:00 ist ebenso wahnsinnig.

Unser Kurzurlaub in Franzensbad im Hotel Imperial war sehr erholsam und erlebnisreich.
Pros:

Die Hotellage war perfekt, das Frühstück war sehr gut und das Personal war bis auf eine Ausnahme sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Zur Ausnahme komme ich im nächsten Abschnitt.

Cons:

Wir waren jeden Abend in der Hotelbar und haben einen Grog getrunken. Die sehr freundliche Kellnerin hat uns einen leckeren Grog serviert mit weißem und braunen Zucker, Honig und einem separaten Glas Rum. Am letzten Abend servierte uns ein unhöflicher Kellner einen Grog. Der Rum wurde nicht separat serviert, sondern war bereits mit Wasser gemixt. Als wir nach dem nicht vorhandenen Honig fragten und ihm erzählten, dass uns seine Kollegin den Grog mit Honig brachte, zeigte er uns genervt tatsächlich einen Vogel und sagte, dass dies nicht üblich ist. Aber meines Wissens waren wir in einem Vier-Sterne Hotel zu Gast, aber das war dem recht unhöflichen Kellner sicherlich nicht bewusst. Somit hatten wir am letzten Abend kein so schönes Erlebnis. Wir hoffen, dass der Kellner nur aushilfsweise im Dienst war, denn die Kellnerin war sehr nett.

kommen trotzdem gerne wieder in das Hotel Imperial

sehr schönes Hotel in super Lage

Cons:

da wir schon öfters in diesen Hotel waren,stellten wir fest,das am Abendessen sehr gespart wird und der Service muss es ausgleichen

Das Haus an sich, die Ausstattung war sehr. Die Kuranwendungen waren bis auf die Massage ( sanft eincremen kann ich auch zuhause haben) sehr gut.
