I wouldn't go there - I lost money paying that
Pros:

The owner sent me the correct address in order to get there.
I had hot water in the shower. I found some "safe" towels to put over my pillows.

Cons:

The accommodation was the worst experience ever.
Everything inside was greasy and sticky. Inside was very cold, and the AC (very noisy) didn't succeed to make it better. The smell inside is like in an old kitchen, the walls are dirty. All the linen were not ironed, and it looks like someone else was staying there before.
They had unsafe and broken light.
I was forced to find another place to stay because the whole apartment was below my standards.
