Clean rooms and great location - Meh service & food.
Pros:

Rooms were modern and clean. Friendly staff and seamless check-in and checkout process. The location is good with many nearby restaurants and small shops.

Overall, the property would be great for:

- Families (I would recommend it for solo travellers as well)
- Shopping in Bangalore (The hotel is in an easy location)

Cons:

The food doesn't match with the photos as shown on the room service menu. Service can sometimes take awhile as it took more than 30 minutes for an extra towel. Its better to dine out, but thankfully there's a restaurant right next to the hotel.

Pros:

Pros: Clean room. Kind-of compact but has everything you'd need even for a 10-day stay. Very close to Jayadeva Metro stop. Lots of restaurants & coffee/tea shops around. There is also a Blinkit warehouse very close-by. The staff is available to clean the room everyday. Room delivery is good. Laundry service is good but might cost a bit.

Cons: Probably needs a little better chair for the laptop table. Onsite breakfast is ok. There are better options outside even within walking distance after 7am. The shower spills a lot of water outside of the curtain. If you are arriving with multiple luggage pieces and the security guy is not at the door, you have to go up the stairs on your own.

It was good clean and very helpful staff

Cons:

The phone had an issue in room 209 could dial reception, however couldn't contact with the bloom cafe, however, the staff were very helpful at the reception and helped me order food. So it was great!

Perfect stay for a one-two night business trip
Pros:

The hotel and the room was done up in a very sleek way and had a very "Ikea-ish" feel to it. The colours of yellow and white brought in a lot of lightness and fun to the stay. The room was compact and perfect for a one night stay. The location couldnt have been better considering its proximity to the metro station opening up in mid august. The inhouse restaurant on the top floor was quite good providing varied options for food. The breakfast spread was lavish and had good coverage. All in all, would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a one to two night stay.

Cons:

There was an issue with the TV which kept coming on (even though it was turned off via remote) whenever the power was restored after a power cut. There were also frequent power cuts (which was due to some maintenance work being carried on by the authorities) but the hotel had backup.
