Pros:

This boutique hotel is the best! The location is superb, the room is really clean, and the beds are very comfortable. They even offer free laundry service (they wash, dry, and fold your clothes and deliver them to your room). But most importantly, the staff are PHENOMENAL—extremely friendly, attentive, and caring. It truly feels like a home away from home.

I'd like to give my heartfelt thanks to all the service members: Alice, Anne, 小邢（Xiao Xing)，小严 (Xiao Yan)， 小云 (Xiao Yan). Thank you all so much for your hard work. You made our vacation so much more memorable and enjoyable.

Pros:

Lezai was a cute boutique hotel right in the heart to the Hutongs. Just step out the door, no taxis just lots of action and restaurants and stores. The hotel had a great breakfast to start the day which was a treat, but the best was the staff, especially Alice who would help out for hailing rides and making reservations and went way beyond to make us feel at home. And if Alice wasn’t around Anny took over. What a wonderful way to start our China trip.

Loved the terrace!
Pros:

Tiny hotel, perfect location - you can’t beat it. Right in the middle of the historic area.
The interior is stylish and modern but still feels authentic. Loved the terrace! The traditional breakfast was delicious, and the staff were super friendly and helpful.
The room was clean. Yeah, it looks onto an internal corridor (old building vibes), but honestly who cares when you can just go out onto the terrace and enjoy the view there.
Would definitely stay again.

Cons:

It's minor - the entrance to the building is fine, but once you're inside, it's not obvious where to go. I actually walked into the restaurant (same building) first and only found the hotel thanks to the waiters. So yeah, a little confusing.

It was a nice stay except the room is small for family of four. The hotel stuff are very friendly and helpful.

The place for authenticity and great service in the old center of Beijing

This Hotel is a gem in old center of Being ! The service is super personal and the staff does all they can to help you with any type of question. They help you booking attractions in the best way, they even pay for you if it requires a Chinese phone-number to complete the transaction. ( of course you pay them back using the magic Alipay ) The room is very comfortable with in my case a small section with a couch and table, a very spacious and modern bathroom with a shower and a bathtub and big bedroom with a King bed and plenty of storage for clothing
The Hotel offers free drinks( including soft drinks and beer ) and free afternoon tea + snacks for Guests. They are always willing to prepare a fresh noodle soup in there kitchen if you feel for it. Breakfast is very complete and super fresh. Last but not least the atmosphere of the hotel is very boutique and Chinese and the location is within walking distance of the Forbidden City.
