Excellent location and great staff. 
Pros:

The staff were very nice, it was very clean, and the reservation was well organized.

Cons:

There was a large wooden bench that was placed by the glass entrance and it was quite annoying because when we actually opened the glass door, the bench fell over, but luckily we caught the pot. The next morning we heard a crash and looks like somebody else also dealt with the same situation. This time the pot crash and the plant was taken out. It’s actually very easy to hear the neighbors so if you need a very quiet space, please consider the comment.

Fantastic stay and would definitely come back
Pros:

We stayed at Beijing Lezai Nanluo Courtyard Hotel for three days at the end of a two-week skiing trip, and it was exactly what we needed.

From the moment we arrived, the service stood out. The staff were consistently attentive and thoughtful, making sure every request or need was taken care of without us having to ask twice. After a long and active trip, that level of care really made a difference.

Each afternoon when we returned from exploring Beijing, we were welcomed back with tea, along with a selection of sweets and healthier snacks. It became something we genuinely looked forward to every day.

One of the biggest highlights was the laundry service. After two weeks of skiing in Xinjiang, having everything cleaned and taken care of so smoothly was a huge relief.

Ending a busy and physically demanding trip in a place that felt this warm, calm, and well looked after made the experience even more memorable. We left feeling rested and genuinely grateful for the hospitality.

Highly recommended if you’re looking for a comfortable stay with exceptional, personal service.

Cons:

My only remark would be is that the room could use a new coat of paint.

Very nice stay in a great location
Pros:

We had a great stay - the location is right in the middle of the hutong and a short walk to the metro which was very convenient for getting around the city. The staff at the hotel were super attentive and friendly and kind - they did two loads of laundry for us, helped us to book a taxi to the airport and were there at 5.30am when we left with a packed breakfast for us. They also served a free afternoon tea every day which we really enjoyed. Very thankful for their hospitality ☺️ Breakfast was served buffet style and had plenty of options for me as a vegetarian, including eggs, yoghurt and fruit as well as Chinese dishes and noodle soup.

Cons:

The pictures on the booking must be quite old, as the hotel is more run down than it appears in the photos. It is more like a 3* hotel rather than luxury. However this didn't hinder our stay - it's comfortable and clean and convenient for city exploring.

Супер сервис. Максимальная помощь в решении вопросов от "где поесть" до "купить новый чемодан по интернету". Уютные номера, был номер с террасой. Очень красиво. Чисто. Все фотографии соответствуют. В жизни даже лучше. Отличное местоположение, удобно везде добираться.
Если бы можно было поставить оценку выше, за сервис точно бы поставила ещё дополнительные 5 звёзд. Спасибо!

Очень приветливый персонал, собирают ланчбокс, если не успеваешь на завтрак или можно попросить принести его в номер. Помогают решить вопросы. Номер чистый и уютный. Нам понравилось. На территории живет попугай, которого можно постискать.

La atención del personal ha sido increíble, he viajado durante años y es la primera vez que me atienden tan increíblemente amable y con tanta atención
En todo momento nos ofrecían bebidas o snacks
Además nuestro check out fue a las 4 de la mañana y nos prepararon un desayuno para llevar para mi familia de 6 integrantes, también nos apoyaron con lavado de ropa.
El desayuno que ofrece el hotel es muy bueno y variado.
En mi caso la habitación familiar estaba muy cómoda además de tener refrigerador y algunos utensilios de comida.
Si regreso a Beijing, sin duda vuelvo a este hotel, me hicieron sentir alagado y feliz.

One of the best hotel experiences I've had. Excellent location, and the staff is absolutely amazing!
Pros:

The room is spacious and beautiful. The location is excellent. And most of all, the staff is absolutely amazing!

Cons:

My only "complaint" is that the bed was too firm for me. But that is just a personal preference.
