Pros:

Foi um fim-de-semana excepcional, o staff é muito atencioso e simpatico, o quarto super comfortavel e restaurante e o bar bastante bons. Fizemos a prova de vinhos e aprendemos bastante até. Gostamos muito do Spa e é optimo que se possa marcar uma hora para termos mais espaco e poder relaxar. O pequeno almoco foi optimo e fizeram umas panquecas de aniversario para a minha esposa que a fizeram sentir mto especial. - Vamos voltar!

Excellent weekend getaway
Pros:

Went with my wife for a well deserved week away from the kids :) Excellent facilities, view, breakfast, room and bed. We had a massage, it was really nice. A great experience overall. Highly recommend!

Cons:

SPA facilities did not have some equipment working 100%. Staff was aware and contacted maintenance. The bedroom needed some small fixes: broken rubbers on the bath and loose door handles.

Ótimo atendimento desde a chegada no hotel. Hotel bem novo. Utilizei o Spa e foi muito bom, com horário marcado, apenas uma observação para a sauna seca que não estava funcionando. O hotel é muito tranquilo. Fiquei no quarto com vista para rio Douro. O restaurante é muito bom também, mas um pouco caro (o que já era esperado). O café da manhã estava excelente!

Cons:

Faltou guardo sol na parte da piscina.

It was beyond what I expected and we didn’t want to leave.
Pros:

It was designed for tranquility! Everyone who worked there was as friendly, and supportive. They truly cared that your trip was perfect. Booking everything they could for you. Their food was excellent, but their views were fantastic! We went for a hike to the top of the vineyard. It was not a long hike in miles but very high. Wonderful!
