Personnel très accueillant et efficace. Bon petit déjeuné. Site et extérieures magnifique. Belle piscine de natation sur la terrasse supérieure.
Salle de bains très ouverte, matériel bas de gamme, pas d'isolation phonique entre les wc et la chambre.

Hotel com instalaçoes bonitas, quarto confortavel e zona de piscina agradavel. Equipa muito atenciosa e simpática. Spa fantástico, as massagistas sao muito profissionais. Prova de vinhos interessante e agradável.
No entanto é evidente que necessita com urgencia de mais staff. Apesar de a equipa ser muito prestável e fazer o melhor que pode, nao há pessoal suficiente para dar um serviço ao nivel de um hotel de 5 estrelas, tanto ao pequeno almoço, como na zona da piscina, mas sobretudo ao jantar. A comida é deliciosa, mas o hotel claramente não tem pessoal suficiente para dar a atençao minima aos clientes. Um especial agradecimento ao Ricardo, que apesar do serviço caótico ao jantar, foi muito atencioso e extremamente educado e permitiu que tivessemos uma experiencia mais agradável.
A wi-fi também precisa de uma melhoria, uma vez que o portal captivo free falha muitas vezes.

Hôtel calme, propre et offrant une vue exceptionnelle. Le personnel est très attentionné et aux petits soins. Les cadeaux de bienvenue sont particulièrement appréciables.
Les mardis et jeudis soirs soirée cinéma (projection d’un film en extérieur) avec popcorn excellent à disposition.
La literie était, à notre goût, trop ferme.
Nous avons également trouvé dommage que le petit-déjeuner ne soit servi que jusqu’à 10h30.
Enfin, nous avons dîné au restaurant de l’hôtel et, malgré notre réservation, le temps d’attente était beaucoup trop long.

An extraordinary boutique resort with the most amazing views of vineyards, rolling hills and the Douro River. It is the perfect getaway to relax and experience the tranquillity of nature in a luxurious boutique hotel setting.
The rooms were stunning, with spacious, shaded balconies. Both breakfast and dinner were beautifully prepared and delicious, as were the wines. There is a lovely rooftop terrace with sunbeds, a pool and a bar. The spa and massage treatments were among the best we’ve experienced. The interior design is beautiful throughout.
The only downside is the lack of a gym. However, we were told that they are working on adding one. Once that is in place, it’s a definite 10/10!
È tutto meraviglioso!!!!! La vista è incredibile, la struttura è molto bella e c’è veramente tutto, dalla piscina alla spa, alla degustazione di vini, al cinema all aperto. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo! Le foto su Booking non rendono abbastanza la meraviglia.
Solo un suggerimento perché è difficile trovare un difetto, il servizio della cena è stato un pó lento e aggiungerei Netflix o Smart tv nelle camere per gli ospiti stranieri.
Lugar Maravilhoso. Hotel novo, tudo muito limpo e organizado. A piscina é muito boa e o visual do Douro de tirar o fôlego. Um Hotel incrível.
Minha única observação são os preços altos de tudo que se consome.
