La atención del personal. Las camas eran cómodas

Cons:

El desayuno no me gustó. De fruta solo un trozo de sandía. Y el jugo muy artificial. No había té.

Cons:

La experiencia no fue buena. El personal no fue amable y la habitación tenía un fuerte olor a humedad desde que entré. El baño no cuenta con división en la ducha, por lo que cada vez que uno se baña el agua se sale y el baño queda completamente inundado.

Las sábanas también estaban en mal estado. Inicialmente pensé que las manchas podían ser del colchón, pero al revisarlas me di cuenta de que las sábanas estaban sucias.

Me hospedé en la habitación 104 del primer piso y el aislamiento de sonido es muy deficiente: se escucha absolutamente todo lo que pasa en el pasillo y en las habitaciones cercanas, lo que hace muy difícil descansar.

Le doy 5 estrellas al servicio del personal; fueron amables, atentos y siempre dispuestos a ayudar.

Sin embargo, considero importante mencionar un aspecto a mejorar en la habitación. El baño no contaba con una ducha, sino con un chorro de agua fijo que salía en un solo flujo, lo que hacía incómodo bañarse. Además, la cortina plástica no era apropiada para el espacio, por lo que el agua se salía fácilmente y terminaba mojando todo el piso del baño.

Los huevos del segundo día de estadía estaban demasiado fríos, ojalá pudieran revisar estos detalles.

Estadía confortable.
Pros:

El sitio muy limpio y agradable, el personal excelente atención, los desayunos muy buenos, la habitación comodísima, amplia. Muy buen sitio para descansar.

Cons:

El municipio esta inundado de malos olores, por las afectaciones que hay en las alcantarillas de la ciudad.
