La atencion de las personas de la Finca es inigualable. Es un espacio familiar para pasar un momento de tranquilidad en el Eje Cafetero. La habitación estaba bien organizada y con todo lo necesario para pasar un buen momento. El desayuno muy rico y ofrece variedad en la preparación de los huevos y en el acompañamiento. La piscina es maravillosa y da lugar a ratos de relajación. Muy cerca del Parque del Café.
Se puede sugerir a la administración que se mejoren la vía emparejando un poco los baches.
Es un lugar muy acogedor y como para descansar, los encargados super amables, recomiendo el lugar

El entorno es muy desprolijo
La atencion y la limpieza del hotel malisima, la cama estaba llena de pelos y el cuarto olia a cañeria. La atencion pesima, los anfitriones muy poco amables. Tienen un gallo que canta toda la noche y no deja dormir.

la finca esta super bien ubicada y es muy bonita, es central, hay una tienda cerca, cuenta con espacios muy agradables, las habitaciones cómodas muy limpias y con todo lo necesario para la estadía.

Horrendously disrespectful
What is the worst that can happen to you when you make a booking and you are from abroad? That they cancel your booking the same day! I was trying to ask them questions the day before the booking, no response. The only response was to tell me on the very same day that “they did not have enough personnel” which sounds to me they overbooked.
The staff was very Friendly. Exceptional People!
