Eigentlich gut, Aber
Pros:

Der Check-in verlief super einfach, wir sind in eine tolle Wohnung gekommen, die super gerochen hat (das ist leider nicht immer der Fall) und sehr einladend aussah. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet, der Ess- & Wohnbereich waren auch sehr schön.
Der Fernseher, sowie die Apps (Netflix, YouTube) waren bereits eingerichtet.Wobei man da auch das Gefühl hatte, als hätte sich der letzte Gast nicht abgemeldet.
Das eine Bett war sehr bequem. (Das andere leider nicht.)
Es gab teilweise sehr ein Gefühl von "Zuhause" ab.

Cons:

Leider war die Türklinke von der Badezimmertür nur noch mit drei schrauben "festgemacht", wobei eine die ganze Zeit herausgefallen ist und man mit der Angst zu leben hatte, dass man entweder in diese Schraube hereintritt oder die ganze Türklinke abnimmt. Im Badezimmerwaschbecken waren seltsame Flecken, die man nicht wegmachen konnte. Die Bettbezüge waren aus einem anderen Stoff, als Leinen; die Matratzen waren bei einem Bett leider viel zu weich und man hatte das Gefühl, als hätte kurz davor jemand im Bett geschlafen. Das andere Bett hingehen war sehr bequem.
Und schade war es, dass die Heizungen nicht geheizt haben, weswegen es teilweise wirklich kalt in der Wohnung war.
Die Treppe ist leider (meiner Meinung nach) gefährlich, weil das Geländer bei großen Personen nur bis zum Knie geht und die Treppe schmal verläuft.

It was actually good but the cleanness needs effort.
Pros:

I liked how big the rooms were. Very suitable especially when staying in with a large family

Cons:

I don’t like the noise around the area. It was almost deafening, it was very hard for me to get through at least 5 hours of sleep. Moreover other families staying in the apartment had the NERVE to make a damn party. In the middle of night. The noise from the construction outside + the party house above us = funeral.

Pros:

The location is quite good and the types of equipment there are sufficient. The room is big enough to contain 3-5 people.

Cons:

The heating is not so sufficient, and it will stop during the night. Also, the Wi-Fi is quite poor, out of the living room, it is difficult to receive the Wi-Fi.

Disappointing
Pros:

facilities were okay

Cons:

the bedsheets from previous guests were not changed!! bed full of hair does not leave any doubt.. very disappointing as this is really the minimum requirements for an overnight stay, not even talking about the price.
also the key boxes were broken/wrong code given to us, had to get a key from the cleaning lady. if we were to arrive a few hours later, would have been a real hassle calling the owner etc. since the instructions promised to be sent a day in advance were only provided a few hours before check in.
