It was just fabulous, so comfy and amazing views and we were wonderfully looked after

The view! And Abdullah! And our bedroom/lounge/kitchen/bathroom was fabulous. Great breakfast.

The best value for your money. Recommend
Pros:

Abdallah was amazing. He helped us throughout our stay and helped with our baggage. We dropped our baggage early and explored. The flat was a studio with a cooking place. Good value for money. Very clean and comfortable bed. Very nice rooftop and balcony view

Cons:

The access to the property was bit difficult but cannot complain

het verblijf ligt erg achteraf. onze Egyptische taxichauffeur had er heel veel moeite mee om het te vinden. het ontbijt is matig. personeel niet vriendelijk. de activiteiten die daar worden aangeboden zijn veel te duur!

Pros:

L’appartement était magnifique, bien agencé et outillé avec tout ce que l’on avait besoin. Le roof top 360 degrés, la vue parfaite pour la vallée des rois et le temple du luxor. Bonus: piscine ouverte 24/24. On avait vraiment besoin car 38 degrés tout le long du séjour.

Posizione isolata e tranquilla, staff gentilissimo a disposizione per ogni esigenza. Camera pulita con tutti i confort necessari. Affidatevi alla struttura per spostamenti, gli autisti a cui si affida sono persone molto gentili, della zona a cui potete chiedere consigli su cosa fare e dove mangiare.

Cons:

Un po' isolata rispetto alle principali attività, bisogna spostarsi sempre in auto. Ma tutto sommato è anche facile data la disponibilità e la gentilezza dello staff.

Very big rooms and apartmen is super clean with everything needed ,view is amaziiing. , staff were helpful even though they asked me twice about my checkout date but still kind and helpful especially Mostafa Thank you.

Cons:

Location unfortuntely you will need atleast 15-20 min walk to reach the nearest restaurant or cafe. (You must take a toktok other wise you will walk , and most of the distance is in a very narrow street with no lid)

Pros:

The staff, led by Mohamed, was fantastic and extremely friendly with the kids. Their drivers and the Tourguide they arranged, Ayman, were fantastic. The rooftop has a fantastic view on all sides, to the Nile and the City of Luxor on one side and the mountains, with the Valley of the Kings, on the other side. Would definitely recommend.

Great stay
Pros:

A very beautiful, clean, and well-maintained hotel. The service was excellent, especially from the owner Mohammed, who was extremely helpful with arranging transportation and excursions. The rooftop offers a stunning morning view of the hot air balloons. Highly recommended!

Wer Ruhe sucht, ist hier richtig
Pros:

Tolle Unterkunft. Eine Wohltat nach der anstrengenden und schlecht organisierten Kreuzfahrt. Das Appartement ist sehr schön, gross und sauber. Die Aussicht ist super und es ist ruhig. Die Dachterrasse ist traumhaft. Leckeres Frühstück. Allerdings ist es eher abgelegen. Ich habe mich dort aber als alleinreisende Frau sicher gefühlt, man kann einfach zum Nil spazieren und ein Boot nach Luxor finden. Am Nilufer gibt es auch ein paar nette Restaurants. Mohammed und Abdullah haben mir bei der Organisation geholfen: Besichtigungen, Flughafentransfer, Lunch, Heißluftballon... Super erreichbar über whatsapp, offen für alle meine Wünsche. Vielleicht nicht das allergünstigste Angebot, aber dafür stressfrei und meiner Meinung nach fair. Vielen Dank, gerne wieder!

Cons:

Alles top. Eher schwer zu finden, besser einen Fahrer von der Unterkunft anfragen. Liegt an einem nicht asphaltierten Weg ohne Namen in einer "local neighbourhood". Dafür wunderschön ruhig und authentisch :-).

Tam köyün içinde, yakında hiçbir şey yok. Geceleri bir yere gitmek isteseniz ışıklandırma sıfır. Villa çevresi asla güven vermiyor. Ama villa temizdi, Abdullah Bey her türlü ihtiyacımızı karşılamaya çalıştı sağolsun

Cons:

Elektrik hatlarından dolayı mı bilmiyorum ama ampuller sürekli patlıyordu ve ilk gün değiştirtmemize rağmen hemen peşine tekrar patladı ve karanlıkta oturmak zorunda kaldık. Konumu berbat, her yere çok uzak ve yollarda ışık yok. Bir daha asla kalmayı düşünmüyorum
