Very nice
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay in Luxor and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The rooms were incredibly spacious, clean, and very comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day of exploring.
Everything throughout our stay went smoothly, and I truly appreciated the warm hospitality of the hosts, Mohamed and Abdala. They were welcoming, always helpful, and made sure I had everything I needed, which made the experience feel even more special and personal.
One of the highlights was definitely the breakfast absolutely delicious, fresh, and a perfect way to start the day.
Overall, I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Luxor. Great comfort, amazing hosts, and a truly enjoyable stay!

Parenthèse magnifique au coeur de Louxor
Pros:

Emplacement un peu excentré mais tellement agréable après une journée de visites et de marche, calme et repos avec une vue incroyable sur le Nil et la montagne du rooftop, nous avons adoré.
Eloigné de la zone touristique de l'autre côté du Nil, ce qui était parfait pour découvrir des petits restaurants plus typiques et être en contact avec les locaux, nous avons préféré rester sur cette rive pour passer nos soirées, qualité et prix des restaurants bien supérieurs
Accueil et service parfait, Abdallah et ses collègues ont été aux petits soins pour nous, MERCI
Petit déjeuner au bord de la piscine génial pour démarrer la journée

Cons:

Pour quelqu'un qui voudrait cuisiner (ce qui n'était pas notre cas), la cuisine pourrait manquer un peu d'équipement et de matériel

The best value for your money. Recommend
Pros:

Abdallah was amazing. He helped us throughout our stay and helped with our baggage. We dropped our baggage early and explored. The flat was a studio with a cooking place. Good value for money. Very clean and comfortable bed. Very nice rooftop and balcony view

The access to the property was bit difficult but cannot complain

het verblijf ligt erg achteraf. onze Egyptische taxichauffeur had er heel veel moeite mee om het te vinden. het ontbijt is matig. personeel niet vriendelijk. de activiteiten die daar worden aangeboden zijn veel te duur!

L’appartement était magnifique, bien agencé et outillé avec tout ce que l’on avait besoin. Le roof top 360 degrés, la vue parfaite pour la vallée des rois et le temple du luxor. Bonus: piscine ouverte 24/24. On avait vraiment besoin car 38 degrés tout le long du séjour.

Posizione isolata e tranquilla, staff gentilissimo a disposizione per ogni esigenza. Camera pulita con tutti i confort necessari. Affidatevi alla struttura per spostamenti, gli autisti a cui si affida sono persone molto gentili, della zona a cui potete chiedere consigli su cosa fare e dove mangiare.

Cons:

Un po' isolata rispetto alle principali attività, bisogna spostarsi sempre in auto. Ma tutto sommato è anche facile data la disponibilità e la gentilezza dello staff.

Very big rooms and apartmen is super clean with everything needed ,view is amaziiing. , staff were helpful even though they asked me twice about my checkout date but still kind and helpful especially Mostafa Thank you.

Location unfortuntely you will need atleast 15-20 min walk to reach the nearest restaurant or cafe. (You must take a toktok other wise you will walk , and most of the distance is in a very narrow street with no lid)

Pros:

The staff, led by Mohamed, was fantastic and extremely friendly with the kids. Their drivers and the Tourguide they arranged, Ayman, were fantastic. The rooftop has a fantastic view on all sides, to the Nile and the City of Luxor on one side and the mountains, with the Valley of the Kings, on the other side. Would definitely recommend.

Ubicación, el acceso no es muy amigable pero Abdala siempre nos proporcionó opciones para recorrer los lugares turísticos de interés. El guía y chófer que nos contactó fueron excelentes 👌
