No.. I don't like such a Hotel like Cha Luxury... Their complementary breakfast is very very bad... Also the lift service was not working when the guest needed ... Overall the hotel is not good and safe for the guest..

Staff behaviour is not friendly
I booked it online for my family. And the booking was confirmed. On the day they rang me and said sorry we dont have room available today. I had a bit arguments with the person called me on whats app. Bad customer service.
Bit disappointed not worth value toilet was very dirty, looks like bedsheet didn’t even change, staff was helpful, food was nice but very expensive

Location is good though and maybe there are better rooms, if you ask.
We asked for non-smoking, but got smoking room. Bedsheets with a lot of stains and toilet not cleaned.
