Terra Helios liegt etwas abseits, 7 Minuten zu Fuß vom Meer und wenige Minuten mit dem Auto zu den nächsten Orten.
Der extrem freundliche Gastgeber hat sich sehr viel Zeit genommen, um uns alle Attraktionen der Gegend ausführlich zu erklären. Er hat dies auch in einer eigens angefertigten Broschüre zusammengefasst.
Auf dem großen, schattigen Parkplatz konnten wir kostenlos unsere Elektroautos laden.
Unsere Unterkunft war extrem sauber, hatte eine reichhaltig ausgestattete Küche, ein schönes Wohnzimmer und ein Duschbad. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dieser Unterkunft und werden Sie sicherlich wieder buchen, wenn wir das nächste Mal in der Gegend sind.

Garden was very well arranged and managed. Excellent illuminated during the night. EV car charging station is also available! .

Μόλις ολοκληρώσαμε μια υπέροχη διαμονή και η εμπειρία μας στο ξενοδοχείο ήταν πραγματικά πέντε αστέρων.
Ο ιδιοκτήτης μάς υποδέχθηκε με εξαιρετική ευγένεια και φιλοξενία, κάνοντάς μας να νιώσουμε σαν στο σπίτι μας από την πρώτη στιγμή. Οι χώροι ήταν πεντακάθαροι και περιποιημένοι, κάτι που εκτιμήσαμε ιδιαίτερα. Αυτό που ξεχώρισα ήταν το υπαίθριο ντους, μια πραγματικά μοναδική πινελιά που έκανε τη διαμονή μας ακόμα πιο απολαυστική.
Σίγουρα θα το επιλέγαμε ξανά!

Very nice spacious room recently renovated. Close to kyparissia town and Sani beach. The owner Dimos was very kind, helpful and ready to provide us with information and tips.

The property is relative new and has all you need. Great style and quality of the rooms. The hosts are great and will support you in anything you need. They brought some local products to taste, from the farm itself. They also have a short list of recommended places and restaurants to see in the neighbourhood. If you like to be in a local and quite farm-like place with all the beaches nearby and with a luxury room, can highly recommend.

We had an incredible stay. Everything was perfect! Dimos went above and beyond to make our stay even more special. He gave us suggestions on where to go - from dining, cafes to ancient ruins and must-see locations. If you're in this area I highly recommend you spend your days at this location. The apartment was in mint and super clean condition. Dimos and family were so welcoming and their hospitality was exceptional. The best apartment I stayed at, from all aspects, while I was visiting Greece.

We loved the new, modern and fully equipped facility - with a terrace on the second floor overlooking the sea. An excellent setting for tasting local wine while watching the sunset.

The location is great as it is only 300m from the nearest beach. Locals showed us a nice pool on the left allowing easy access to open water. Another beach with comfortable sunbeds, umbrellas and a restaurant was only 1 km away by car, but we didn't mind walking.
Another option was Sergiani Beach, which is practically the beginning of a 45 km long natural beach with fine sand.....amazing :)

Very comfortable stay for a whole week - beds, kitchen, shower - everything new, comfortable and fully functional. Private parking with shade in the closed area was just another plus.

Lots of shops and good restaurants nearby - if you like fish, definitely try Petrin's balcony.

Very nice property where we had a great and relaxing vacation time. Rooms are specious, clean and with all necessary equipment. I think that we were one of the first visitors since everything was looking in an excellent condition. Garden and the outside part of the property were amazing with great corners to sit and relax or to have a quick drink or to lunch. Overall I think that it was one of the most value for money stays in Peloponnese I ever had. Owners were very kind and they offer us tomatoes from their garden and eggs from their farm! Also the town is nice, we had great dinner in the upper part of the old town!
