Memorable stay!
Pros:

From the start to end we loved it. The staff were friendly and served us well, the room was spacious, bed was large and comfortable. Amazing view from the balcony.
We were stuck indoors one full day due to the rain and a bit if warning about floods, we are really grateful that they had a smart TV and the amazing view which helped us pass our day. The infinity pool with the mountaim view was great even though we did not use it due to the rain.

Das Hotel liegt oben am Berghang. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und traditionell eingerichtet, richtig schön. Der Balkon war groß und einladend den Blick auf die Stadt zu genießen. Vor allem abends war der Blick traumhaft. Der Infinity Pool, auch mit Blick auf die Stadt, war schön erfrischend. Liegen zum den Blick zu genießen waren auch vorhanden und gemütlich. Das Frühstück war im Vergleich zu den vorherigen Hotels ok. Für die täglichen Ausflüge musste man halt immer runter und wieder rauf zum Hotel. Das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Outstanding, High quality, boutique hotel in Kandy ..!
Pros:

This is our fourth time stay at this lovely property. We loved everything about our stay here. The bed was super comfortable. The bathroom was clean and neat. The grounds are really peaceful and the pool is really clean. Sunset in the swimming pool was breathtaking. Dinner and breakfast were both excellent. It is only a few minutes by ancient Kandy city. We will definitely be staying again.

Not recommend for friends and family.
Pros:

The breakfast was good.

Cons:

The cleanliness of the hotel was not up to standard. The towels had marks, the toilets and the showers were not cleaned well. The room had dust and marks on the floor. Overall not a pleasant experience. The hotel is no value for money.

the view and the staff were very good

Cons:

the buffet for dinnerwas very underwhelming for the price they were charging, there were hoppers but no sambol for it, when we asked they suggested chillipaste, there was not a wide variety of meat aswell, it would have been worth the price if they had charged abit less or given more variety

I have booked and stayed in many hotels before, but I have never experienced service like I did at Randholee Hotel. I booked this hotel for my VVIP clients from England, as one of them was celebrating his birthday. After the celebration, when we went to the Randholee, we were absolutely amazed by the surprise arrangements it was truly unbelievable!

A very special thank you to Mr. Krishan, who coordinated with me beforehand and made sure everything was perfect. His attention to detail and dedication created a memorable experience for my clients.

Thank you, Randholee Hotel, and thank you, Mr. Krishan, for going above and beyond. I will definitely recommend your hotel to my future guests.

Best hotel with stunning views..!
Pros:

We had a best experience at this lovely property. Staff was really helpful and professional. Food was amazing. View from the infinity pool with the sunset was breathtaking. Each room has private balcony to the view of mountains. Diffinietly recommended this lovely property in the city of Kandy.

Exceptional ..!!!
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay! The place was comfortable and exactly what we needed. The staff was incredibly humble, accommodating, and genuine, which made the experience even better. Food was amazing. I truly appreciated the warm hospitality and would definitely love to stay here again. Highly recommend!
