Staff were lovely.
We felt misled by this booking. The entire building was covered in scaffolding and plastic wrap, with construction workers on site throughout the day. This meant we had to keep the curtains closed the whole time, making the room feel dark and very claustrophobic.
We were also on the first floor, which didn’t feel secure, as the room was easily accessible from the ground.
This was a very expensive stay to arrive and find these conditions. While we understand maintenance work happens, this should have been clearly disclosed before booking, and the price should have reflected the disruption.
Overall, not the experience we expected or paid for.
Breakfast was excellent delicious with various choices, and suitable for vegetarians. The staff is friendly, pleasure and kind. I had excellent experience.

Great hotel with amazing service!
The staff were friendly and helpful during my stay, and I was especially impressed by their support afterward. I accidentally left an important item in the room safe, and the team went out of their way to help arrange its return.
Really appreciate their honesty and effort — it made a stressful situation much easier. Highly recommended!
Good location close to the main rail station and tram stops. There are resturants nearby but the historic city centre is only three stops away by tram, with a tram every five or ten minutes, so we went there often. Trams, buses and trains are free within Luxembourg. Our room was large and quiet at night. The hotel is on a side road so it is away from traffic noise. It is a family run hotel and staff were helpful and friendly.
The outside of the front of the hotel is being refurbished so there is some building work during the day, but not early in the morning or in the evenings. The entrance is partly covered by scaffolding so we took a while to find it when we first arrived.
Small but cozy room, warm and comfortable. Best choice for one night that we have stayed.

Comfortable rooms that were very clean and the staff were kind and accommodating.
The towels were fluffy, the shower had great water pressure, and the bed was comfortable.
