Staff and lobby setup

Lobby and staff. It does feel like a hostel and when they have a special event to make more money, you are loc out of the elevator/room..property trying too hard to optimize making money and it affect regular customers.

Elevators

Hotelli oli ruuhkainen, johtuen varmasti Miami kaupunkimaraton -juoksusta ja tästä johtuen katuja oli suljettu, joten taksia ei olisi hotellin eteen saanut. Tiedon kulku huonoa...majoitukseemme kuului aamupala erillisessä ravintolassa (kysyivät huoneen numeroa) ja kävivät kuitenkin vielä hotellin puolella varmistamassa asiaa.

The room was not ready at the time they told us and when it was three hours late they said this could happen and never apologize or never tried to solve the problem. The receptionists don't smile they blame you for their own mistakes. Our flight was late at night, they refused to give 1 hour extra for late check out. İt says there is a kitchen in the room we payed. The cabinets are empty. No plates no cutlery no glasses nothing ! They blamed us again and said you should ask for it to be full. !!! After you they talk and laugh make fun of the customers at the reception. We saw many people leaving the hotel unsatisfied and angry. We mentioned our problems and they did not care and came with excuses always. Definitely not coming back.

Very loud AC, not functioning properly in the bedroom. The room was small for the price. The elevator had long waits all the time. The receptionists very unfriendly & impolite & not willing to help ! The phones not working the engineer came the fourth day and was again angry and impolite. The soap conditioner & shampoo dispensers were not working. The room was so small than we expected we couldn't fit in with my kids, it didn't look like the picture at all. You could hardly get to the other side of the second bed as it was so close to the wall. The housekeeping service not provided daily, they offered us only one time for five nights. All the towels smelled like bleach. A lot of construction sites around.

Pokoje przez 4 dni pobytu nie były wogóle sprzątane, pobrano mi z karty dodatkowo nie wiadomo za co ok. 5000zl i do dnia dzisiejszego nie zwrócono mi pieniędzy.

The hotel has 50 floors. Imagine how long you have to wait at elevators. Breakfast was terrible. We paid and only had ONE option to eat from the menu. Same breakfast 3 days in a row. You are not allowed to choose anything else or you need to pay above the 30 bucks, your are forced to have the one meal or you have to pay extra. We waited 30min+ for breakfast every morning and couldn’t choose what we wanted for breakfast. We could only eat one option - waste of money. Rather dont book breakfast online and pay for whatever you prefer in the restaurant - service is very slow. So much potential to be a great place, but management problem in the kitchen. Waiter was extremely rude when we asked about another breakfast option.

here is heavy construction next to the hotel and there is a lot of noise all day long. After two days, we changed hotels. Their manager said that Booking would refund us for the unused days. Unfortunately, Booking.com is no longer responding, and I will probably lose a lot of money.

When we went to the restaurant for breakfast, we were not served for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes, we got up and went to eat somewhere else.

The rooms do not have wardrobes, so I had to keep my clothes on the tables and the sofa.

Even the water is not free??
