Pros:

La chambre était spacieuse, claire. La literie était de bonne qualité.

Cons:

1) vous devriez annoncer dans le prix de la chambre les surcharges obligatoires qui ne sont pas particulièrement utiles. Pour cette chambre US$ 35/jour.
2) Pas de service de nettoyage journalier. Le 1er service est prévu le 3e jour de présence consécutive.
3) Pas de salle de petit déjeuner.
4) 2 personnes à la réception seulement et donc une file interminable pour s'enregistrer
5) En résumé: ne fournit pas les services attendus d'un hôtel/résidence qui se veut 4/5 *

Hospedagem boa! Quarto arrumado, limpeza, e funcionários atenciosos. Única coisa é que achamos a região um pouco agitada, tinha que marcar horário pra limpar o quarto, e pra deixar o carro era um
Pouco caro(75 dólares por noite) mas achamos um parking bem mais barato a 3 min a pé, então fora isso foi ótimo!

Good stay but room not quite as expected.
Pros:

Location and staff was great.
Baggage storage before and after our stay was a big plus for us.

Cons:

Room was less than expected considering the price, and a very noisy aircondition system inside the room made it difficult to sleep.

Repetiria mi visita, no me queda dudas.
Pros:

El lugar estuvo accesible, walk in distance del Kaseya Center, que era el lugar que nos motivo la visita. El restaurante lo utilizamos para el almuerzo y su oferta muy deliciosa y variada. El Spa fue una experiencia extraordinaria, el personal y los servicios estuvieron extraordinarios. Los volveria a visitar sin duda alguna.

Cons:

En las horas pico la acumulacion de personas en el area del ascensor era grande. Si olvidabas algo en la habitacion y tenias que regresar y coincidia con un horario de mucho trafico de personas podia tardar mas de lo necesario.

La habitación se recibe sucia y en mal estado , baño sucio, las luces no funcionan, no hacen aseo a la habitación, mucha gente en el lugar , los ascensores se demoran mucho, demasiado ruido en el piso 19 se escucha el ruido de la calle !! No lo recomiendo
