Bel chambre mais le service était médiocre

La piscine était très belle, la chambre également

On nous avait dit que le ménage serait fais tous les 3 jours, ce qui est déjà un peu limite vu le prix de l’hôtel . Nous sommes resté 5 jours et le ménage n’a jamais été fait dans notre chambre. Très mal insonorisé. J’ai payé le petit déjeuner pour chaque jour et qu’elle ne fut pas ma surprise en arrivant lorsque on m’a annoncé que je devais payer 15$ en + d’avoir déjà payer le petit déjeuner pour 2 jus d’orange. L’hôtel ne vaut pas le prix qu’on paie

Pros:

Hotel davvero molto bello, accogliente e curato. Le stanze e gli ambienti sono puliti, il personale è gentile e disponibile. Molto piacevoli anche il ristorante, la piscina e la palestra. Una struttura che offre davvero un’esperienza piacevole e rilassante, in una splendida posizione

Cons:

Una struttura così bella e curata avrebbe due cose da migliorare: la pulizia quotidiana delle stanze e una colazione continentale. Con questi due accorgimenti, l’esperienza sarebbe davvero completa.

Definitely will have to stay here again. All amenities were greatly appreciated.
Pros:

Highly recommend staying at this location. Everything was perfect from the rooms to even the spa. We decided to do a couples massage and it was the best.
