La posizione dell'hotel in centro, comoda e facilmente raggiungibile

Cons:

Abbiamo scelto l'opzione colazione americana inclusa ma non ci siamo trovati bene dal momento che era consentito cambiare menù solo ripagando il prezzo della colazione ( non meno di 20 dollari)

Localização muito boa, hotel lindo, piscina agradável!
Manobrista educados e simpáticos.

Cons:

achei uma meia suja no meio do lençol, e então me toquei, que eles não trocam a roupa de cama, quando troca de hospedes e isso me deixou arrasada, em pensar que paguei caro, pra dormir no lençol que outra pessoa já tinha dormido e feito sabe se lá o que .... Pelo preço no mínimo troquem os lençóis .... no mínimo!
Também não achei os funcionários simpáticos.

Pésimo servicio y cobros que no correspondían.

Este hotel nos cobró poco más de USD1,000.00 Dólares sistemáticamente, debitando de mi tarjeta de crédito dinero que no correspondía. ellos indicaban que el dinero que devoraban correspondía a mi estadía, sin embargo, yo pagué toda mi estadía mediante Booking. Al darse cuenta de ello me dijeron que devolverían el dinero, pero, esto nunca ocurrió, al regresar a mi país, y a la fecha, nunca devolvieron el dinero que debitaron.
Estos señores del hotel, al final me dijeron que Booking no les había pagado a ellos, y que por eso es que me cobraron la estadía y, que debía reclamar a Booking y no a ellos. Nunca más volveré a hospedarme en este hotel.

Non viene effettuata la pulizia se non dopo tre giorni e su richiesta. Non era specificato al momento della prenotazione e non è stata effettuata mai la pulizia nonostante la richiesta
Dopo tre giorni abbiamo dovuto chiedere la biancheria pulita che ci hanno consegnato nella lobby , asciugamani e carta igienica, e noi l'abbiamo portata in camera . Non mi era mai capitato. Il personale era gentile ma incapace

ONE NIGHT AND CAME OVER FROM WEST COAST FOR UFC FIGHTS SO VERY CONVENIENT LOCATION!
