Unglaublicher toller Urlaub direkt in Miami
Pros:

Frühstück war sensationell, kein Buffet aber eine kleine a la card Karte mit wirklich leckere Gerichten. Die Lage war bombastisch und der Ausblick aus dem 44. Schock "amazing".

Розташування! Ми їхали на концерт Shakira і він був поруч!

Cons:

Ніде не було зазначено, що це апарт-готель, що прибирання раз в три доби і то по запиту, не змінювалися рушники, не додавалося кави, бо я бронювала готель 5*. Сніданки - окрема історія! Вони входили в бронювання, але по факту це не шведська лінія, а обмежений ala carte. При чому персонал намагається надурити, перший день напої входили, в другий - тільки гарячі (чай, кава для дорослих, сік для дітей), а третій - уже чай платний. Якись абсурд. Також брехали, що не можна розплатитися телефоном (бо їм не вигідно, комісія Apple). Ну це явно не для заявленого статусу 5*

Se tivesse a limpeza diária, não teria duvidas, voltaria!!

Cons:

Tem que pagar U$5 por pacote de delivery e ainda só consegue retirar quando o Gerente está! Não conseguimos retirar a encomenda no dia anterior e quase não conseguimos no dia do voo.

Atentar que a limpeza é somente a cada 3 dias, apesar de estar escrito é algo que faz muita falta. E atentar que você tem até as 16hrs pra agendar sua arrumação do dia seguinte, se não perde a arrumação. Péssimo essa regra.

My family truly enjoyed their stay.
Pros:

The property was clean and the rooms were spacious. Overall the atmosphere was very nice for this price point. There were three staff members that made the stay exactly what was expected. Ms. Salana who works in or a department called PBX. Ms. Alziza and a young man named Thomas who both work at the front desk. They were helpful even before my family checked in and continued to be attentive throughout their stay.
