I was not able to sleep due to bed bugs and cockroaches inside room. Staff was denying to listening and it’s very less price you booked an yiu will get only less amenities
It was clean, pleasant and comfortable. It’s next door to Nandini , which makes it easy to have Authentic food there.

Nice location, close to the IT Park and very comfortable room. Staff was friendly. Early check in was available for a slight charge.

They tried to charge more than i booked for on Booking.com, then they send me away in the middle of the night for me to find another property.
They charge 1250 from me but the price online was 850 rupeees. And in the room there were cockroaches so had to check out early. I rank 2 out of 10.

And everything was good at the hotel ..the services , security and staff was upto the expectations
It was a good location. Safe for female solo travellers - very close to Banaswadi police station. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
Good location and decent apartment. Very good and supportive host. He helped us with an early check in. Whatever we needed was there in the service apartment.

Why do I like?? Its bad experience..bad smell...5 years back photos uploaded in the booking.com site..wrong reviews misleading customers.. Give negative Star..they charged extra ₹500/-..there is deluxe rooms but not appearing in the site..parking facilities are not good.
They haven't arrange towel and hot water..and also poor maintenance.. There is lot of bugs and cockroach.tidy room..bad smell when open the doors..
