Location is great as I was attending CIFF adjacent to then hotel.

Отель Шангрила всегда на высоте, проживание было великолепное, ужины и завтраки очень вкусные, до выставки 10 минут пешком) спасибо отелю за тёплый прием.

what I expected but was hoping some improvements had been made and it would be better
Pros:

the best thing is the location, however the breakfast is not as good as it once was, renovations should be undertaken soon given the ever increasing cost of staying there

food was once one of the best things but now just average
