Our stay here was nothing short of amazing. If you are looking for a relaxing, high-end tropical getaway that offers incredible value for money, this is the place to book.

Every single member of the staff was warm, attentive, and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The atmosphere throughout the property is wonderfully cozy and relaxed, making it effortless to completely unwind from the moment you arrive.

Our room was spotless, beautifully designed, and offered stunning ocean views that made waking up each morning a dream. One of the absolute highlights was the a la carte breakfast - not only was the food fantastic, but the flexibility to have it served anytime you like is a game-changer for a proper vacation schedule.

The property features a lovely pool and direct, convenient access to the beach. Be sure to book a treatment at the spa - the massage we had was quite literally the best we’ve ever experienced in Africa, and it was very affordable.

Location-wise, it’s also a fantastic starting point for a Mnemba island tour, making it super easy to head out for snorkeling and dolphin spotting without a long commute.

The resort was absolutely fantastic! The location is perfect, the grounds were exquisite, the rooms and main building were tastefully decorated and the staff were amazing. The resort is only 20 rooms which is perfect! The owner Malgo made you feel like you were lifelong friends!

La piscine de 25m est très agréable pour faire ses longueurs.
Les cocktails et les plats sont très bons.
Tout le personnel est extrêmement chaleureux et souriant. La propriétaire Maggy est très présente également ce qui rend le séjour agréable.

We spent 6 nights in Malgo and Tomek‘s wonderful hotel in Matemwe, Zanzibar after a dusty safari trip through Tanzanian mainland. The hotel provides the calmness, luxurious atmosphere, and superb food we were looking for, while still being in reach for activities like scuba diving and wing foiling. Special thanks go to Glory, Fred, Boniface, and chef Juma. We are very much looking forward to coming back.

Un petit paradis ! L'hôtel est à taille humaine, authentique, paisible et très raffiné. La décoration, les chambres, la piscine et la plage sont incroyables. La cuisine est excellente et le personnel est extrêmement attentionné et d'une très grande gentillesse.
La manageuse Lanie est adorable, ainsi que la propriétaire Maggie, qui ont tout fait pour que l'on se sente à la maison. Nous avons eu droit à une nuit dans une magnifique chambre surclassée, à une chambre mise à disposition toute la journée jusqu'à notre départ, et à plein d'autres petites attentions qui font toute la différence.
Un sans-faute ! Un grand merci pour ce séjour incroyable.

La vue sur la mer (pas sur la plage car on ne la voit pas vraiment depuis la piscine, la végétation l’obstrue, mais c’est pareil pour tous les hôtels du coin, pour préserver la tranquillité des touristes je pense). La gentillesse de la patronne, et de tout le personnel. L’implantation des chambres et la belle piscine. Le calme de l’ambiance de cet hôtel, si vous cherchez de l’animation ça n’est pas le bon endroit autrement vous y serez tranquilles!

A beautiful laid-back luxury boutique hotel with amazing facilities, where every detail has clearly been carefully thought!
There is direct access to a beautiful beach, almost only for us, which makes the location truly special.
The rooms are beautiful and extremely comfortable, with stunning views of both the pool and the sea.
The breakfast was amazing, and the food and cocktails were also excellent.

Malgo, the host, definitely knows how to run a small luxury hotel! She immediately made us feel welcome, looked after, and truly pampered!
