Pros:

Piękny hotel w samym centrum. Niezapomniany widok, bardzo dobrze wyposażony hotel i świetna obsługa ;-) Jednego wieczoru włączył się niechcący alarm pożarowy, wszystko przebiegło sprawnie, a obsługa była bardzo profesjonalna.

Cons:

Śniadania pół na pół - na początku jest zachwyt, bo są a'la carte, ale niektóre pozycje są średnio udane albo bardziej obiadowe. Bufet z kolei niezmienny, codziennie to samo (pieczywo, słodkie i dodatki). Przy dłuższym pobycie może być różnie.
Brak wody w pokoju czy dystrybutora na korytarzach. To już są międzynarodowe rozwiązania i powinna być opcja napełnienia swojej butelki wodą kranową (filtrowaną).

英迪格是我們來奧克蘭準備飛皇后鎮休息兩晚的住宿，服務人員親切，房間也很大很舒適，和台灣的英迪格有點類似都很好設計感，下次如果有來奧克蘭會再來住。飯店地點很方便，但位在轉進來的巷子內，不會有摩托車🏍️重機很吵的聲音，睡得很舒服，很推薦！
Pros:

建築外觀很有特色，不仔細看以為是一棟歷史建築，很有風味。

Cons:

因為只住兩天所以第二天覺得不需要特別打掃。傍晚五點多打給房務想請他們送浴巾，但是等了半小時多都沒送上來。後來等到要去吃晚餐了就直接一樓櫃檯請他們把備品送上房間掛在門口就好，但過了大概三小時回來房間還是沒有送來。又再打一次電話給櫃檯，最後才送來。但櫃檯人員送上來態度很好，表示房務那邊可能交班有點問題沒送到，但遇到的每個服務人員態度都很好很親切很喜歡。

We found a clean, comfortable room to room to relax in.
Pros:

The room was comfy, very clean and modern.

Cons:

We paid for a view of the needle, but it was an awkward view and not worth it. Seemed deceptive.

Great value, stylish and comfy hotel right in the centre
Pros:

Such a great hotel in in a quiet part of Auckland, 10 minutes walk from all the action of the waterfront. The rooms are small but so comfortable, with great beds, bathrooms and a teapot for the provided Zealong tea. The view is great from the high floors.
Its also the best hotel breakfast although avoid the busy times ( there is a guide in the lift)

Highly recommitted
Pros:

We stayed in many different locations and accommodations while we were on our recent NZ holiday and we would say that this hotel was so good that we ended up staying here 3 times. Thank you to all of the staff for all of your hard work and dedication into making this place so pleasurable for myself and for my husband

We'd return for sure.
Pros:

Very clean and comfortable. Great location. Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent view from the room. Great bathroom and shower pressure. Slippers and robe! The tea and coffee was fantastic!

Cons:

The lights were a little tricky (multiple switches blocked others from working and we turned on a light in the bathroom that we couldn't work out how to turn off again). The mattress topper made the bed very comfortable at first but throughout the night it did sink to meet the firm mattress beneath. Wasn't terrible but leans towards firm.

Excellent
Pros:

Breakfast included was amazing. This is a high end hotel with lots of extra little touches.

Cons:

There was a weird sound outside my room intermittently during the night. I was in 17th floor so could only have been something to do with the wind or neighbouring aircon. It wasn’t bad enough to keep me awake tho.
