Disappointing. Will not stay there again.
Pros:

Staff friendly and helpful

Cons:

Room poorly designed with gaps behind bathroom basin and behind TV. Easy to lose things. Light switch set up poor. Room small and cramped. Foyer small and often cramped with waiting guests.
No record at Hotel of our stay earlier in year at Indigo in Potts Point Sydney. So inter hotel record keeping poor.

Hygiene clean Tidy Hotel Indigo Auckland
Pros:

The bed linen-sheets-pillow were very comfortable and of course the bed-mattress- comfortable, very much liked the bath- clean and tidy-the shower facility was very good,over all I am happy with my stay at Hotel Indigo Auckland.

A great spot for a stay in the CBD of Auckland.
Pros:

It’s a small hotel with a lovely restaurant. Our room was big and spacious with a modern bathroom. Great view towards the harbour. We mislaid a pair of expensive sunglasses in our room and the staff did everything to find them. They were all excellent.

Cons:

There is no pool or spa.

Modern hotel with basic but very comfortable facilities.

Lack of adequate toilet facilities on ground floor.
No sports or news channels on TV.
