Cons:

Despite having confirmed and paid in full for a specific chalet through your website, I have been informed that my accommodation has been unilaterally moved to a different apartment. The reason provided was that all chalets were fully booked.

This is unacceptable. I fulfilled my part of the contract by paying the full amount for the specific accommodation I selected. Your company's failure to honor this reservation constitutes a breach of our agreement.
