للأسف الفندق تصنيفة لا يتعدى 3 نجوم

الموقع فقط داخل المول

Cons:

بهو الفندق بالكامل مغلق للصيانة والتجديدات ولم نجد مكانا مناسباً للجلوس ناهيك عن الازعاج الناتج عن اعمال الدمارات ولم يتم ابلاغنا بأن البهو بالكامل داخل تجديدات والا كنت لغيت الحجز وعندما سألت موظف الاستقبال لماذا لم تعلنوا ان الفندق به تجديدات أبلغني ان الإدارة وضعت اعلان ( وللاسف لا يوجد اعلان في اي منصة ) وللأسف الغرفة وسخه والالحفة والبياضات قديمة جداً جداً لا ترقى بمستوى فندق 3 نجوم وليس كما هو مذكور 5 نجوم.
