NO me cumplieron la reserva😔me dijeron que no tenía reserva, irresponsables. Tuve que ir de hotel en hotel buscando alojamiento muriéndome del calor que hacía.

Cons:

No puedo opinar porque no me atendieron me negaron la reserva.

Pros:

El desayuno estaba muy rico. Las instalaciones son modernas y bonitas.

Cons:

El baño es muy estrecho, falta mejorar la limpieza porque hay mucho polvo en el armario y en el Nochero Mejorar las almohadas, estaban muy duras (parece un cojín de sofá)

a bit disapointing
Pros:

Staff was very nice and helpful

Cons:

lack of ventilation in the lobby of the hotel and lack of air conditioning in the hallway and lobby. Room was too small

It is not a good value for the money. I found a better room much cheaper next to the playa.
Pros:

Breakfast? I did not see any. The hotel is on a quiet street.

Cons:

The hotel is designed like a barracks. A long hallway with rooms along either side. The bathroom door hits the sink. My knees hit the wall, head hit the shower pipe, shower water hits the toilet paper.
I did not like that when i went out in the morning (to find breakfast) someone apparently came into my room to turn off the AC. 😡

Great Staff, great location, very clean.
Pros:

The hotel is new and was exceptionally clean. Noelia in housekeeping did the check-in and she was absolutely the best! She made sure everything went really well and delivered breakfast in the room the next morning. (maybe ask next time what time, 7am was a little early for people on holiday).

Cons:

Maybe taking off the plastic on the mattress and replacing them with mattress protectors would be more comfortable. (but I am not sure this is available in Riohacha).
