Feel like my "Second Home" in India
Pros:

朝食は毎朝同じものを食べても全く飽きないおいしさ。スタッフがとても親切で丁寧、皆さん笑顔が素敵。ホテル自体も歴史の趣があり、風情がある。立地も街の中心に近い割に静かで安全な環境。

A glimpse of Darjeeling's glorious past.
Pros:

If you are looking to fall in love with Darjeeling's fascinating history this is the perfect spot. Charming historic hotel at affordable prices with the most accommodating staff! Beautiful dining room for breakfast or other meals if you like. Very tasty breakfast selections including both Indian and Western choices. Modern bathrooms inside each room, very comfortable beds. Staff were so flexible about breakfast I was able to squeeze in early morning trekking or yoga without missing out!

Cons:

Darjeeling is quite hilly so this hotel is slightly downhill from the main town. Not a problem at all if you want a quiet spot just a few steps away from the main market area.

All the pleasures of a good hotel and the personal touch of a home-stay. Highly recommend.
Pros:

There's a lot to like about this place: generous and friendly staff, large high-ceiling rooms, spacious showers with hot water, delicious breakfast, proximity to chowrasta, a quiet place to sit outside, and of course, the delight of staying in a heritage home.

Cons:

There was nothing about the property that I did not like. However, while the ceilings are high, they are also wooden and thin - so if you are a light sleeper, I recommend getting an upstairs room. That, or hope for your upstairs neighbors to be considerate human beings :)

Pros:

Außerordentlich freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal, sehr praktisch am Ende der Mall road gelegen, angenehme Nachbarschaft.
Ein Haus mit Geschichte und individuell gestalteten Zimmern, sehr zu empfehlen!!

Cons:

Man kann natürlich nicht den Luxus eines hochpreisigen Hotels erwarten

I loved the stay and would definitely stay there if I visit again.
Pros:

I loved the periodic mid 19th century British feel of the place. The staff were amazing and really kept you supported throughout your stay. Nothing was an issue and Anna and her team were brilliant in helping out.
Though it was cold there were a number of heaters.

Cons:

It could do with just a bit of TLC, maybe a lick of paint and a bit of maintenance in the shower.

少し早く着いてしまったが、部屋に入れてくれた。早く着いた際に朝食をサービスしてくれて感激。女将さん、スタッフが皆親切でフレンドリー。場所はヘリテージエリアで、比較的静か。ダージリンモールやカンチェンジュンガのビューポイントに近い。

Cons:

ホテルとは関係がないが、夜中に到着したお客さんがとてもうるさかった。

Pros:

the location was good. rooms were spic and span....Extremely courteous staff with excellent service round the clock.
Infact we had a vehicle breakdown situation so this gentleman went out of the way to help us out in the best possible way.
would definitely recommend this place at all my friends... Must visit.

Pros:

We arrived in this beautiful property right on the Mall road, very convenient location, easy walk through. The property has an old English architecture with gorgeous interiors & outdoor settings, takes us back to English cottage style with fireplace and spacious rooms. Impressed to know the history associated with this heritage property. It also has an extra space for dressing. Very quick service and staffs were very welcoming. Food quality was very good and good in quantity. Manager Rupam Dey was very helpful and always smiling. He took good care of us. Overall we had a very good stay in this lovely property.

Liked the location of the hotel. It is walking distance from the Mall. The staff is very courteous, helpful and pleasant.
The value for the money you pay is great 😃

Cons:

The furniture and bathroom amenities are good but don't expect same facilities as 5 star
Well you are not paying 5 star price so it is tolerable

great location and good stay
Pros:

the rooms were spacious and we had heated blankets to ward off the cold. The staff, especially Nirmala and Rupam, were extremely accommodating of our requests, and overall, we had a comfortable stay. the location is excellent.

Cons:

the ground floor rooms don't have any view, so be prepared for that. however, the observatory hill is pretty close.

Would like to visit again given the first floor room. Caring with a smile.
Pros:

Friendly & helpful senior staff. Juniors yet to get trained well. Elegance and style maintained. The property is well located and very close to Mall Road and the viewing point at Darjeeling. Best is you can feel the care taken.

Cons:

The property is small though very comfortable.

House has old charm, quite and relaxing. Good for writers.

Location with parking ( where we parked our Innova)
Colonial house beaitifully maintainted

We walked to Darjeeling station ( downhill) and reached within 20 minutes
