frukosten var bra både buffe och varm frukost
golvhandduks hållaren trasig, duschen läckte ut på golv och även utomhus. Fick be om ny handduk eftersom den hade fläckar. Sängbordet var skadat. Ingen make up spegel i badrummet. Allt detta är inte berättigat att kalla sig ett 5 stjärnigt hotell. Prisnivån väldigt hög i förhållande till standarden.
Die Lage ist hervorragend für die Zimmer, die direkt nach vorne auf's Meer ausgerichtet sind. Im hinteren Gebäude sieht man das Meer zwar auch, allerdings etwas um die Ecken.
Als wir unsere Suite bezogen haben, waren die Mülleimer voll stinkendem Müll. Am zweiten Tag haben die Putzfrauen ihre schmutzigen Putzlappen bei uns liegen lassen. Alles halb so schlimm, aber Preis / Value stimmen in dem Fall überhaupt nicht. Auch haben wir uns gefragt, warum es in der Suite eine Küche gibt, die aber völlig leer ist. Kein Geschirr, kein Besteck, einfach nichts. Da könnte man den Platz doch besser ausnutzen.
We werden hartelijk en vriendelijk ontvangen. De accommodatie is mooi en schoon en heeft een gunstige ligging, direct aan het Cliff Path. Ook het ontbijt was goed verzorgd. We hebben genoten van ons verblijf en raden deze accommodatie zeker aan!
The room was ok, with relatively basic amenities, with a nice size for 2. The bed was nice but not super comfortable, though the linen were very clean and fresh. The towels and bathrobes are great though. The view was not great (street side, no sea view). The breakfast was decent but not exceptional. I have seen much better in other hotels in SA and even in Hermanus. They claim they have 2 pools but this is s joke. They are tiny, and can barely fit 4 adults (so don't even think that you can do any laps in them). The staff is very nice.

The hotel is not close enough to have a nice ocean view (even from the breakfast area), and many rooms are street / "garden" side (though there is no garden.
Friendly welcome. Good sized room. Helpful staff. Good location just cross the road for the cliff path and the bay, easy walk a long the rid to town.
The service and helpfulness of the staff was impeccable. Anytime we needed something, the staff provided it quickly and efficiently. We enjoyed the special touch of the staff turning our bed down each night.
The in-room fireplace made it very cozy. However, the debris and ash from the logs got a bit messy at times.
This is a great establishment. I did get an upgrade so the sea view was astonishing. The staff are fantastic, the breakfast was delicious and I really can't fault it on anything.

This hotel is located on the beachfront in Hermanus so it has beautiful views but this is probably the least impressive part about it.
The rooms that are not sea facing are quite close to the adjacent properties so it does feel like there’s a lack of privacy.

Como iba en época de frío tenía miedo de pasar frío, pero al revés, estaba la habitación caliente y también en la terraza se podía estar estupendamente
Estaba súper limpio, el desayuno había parte de buffet y la carta, súper rico!!
El personal es encantador y volvería sin dudarlo!! Me hicieron sentir como en casa
Está a unos 10-15 minutos andando de la zona de restaurantes y comercios. Y Uber para repartos funciona muy bien
Al salir tienes unas maravillosas vistas de todo el paseo para ver ballenas
